I was very pleased with everything and would only recommend having some background music.

We were kept waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes as they were running late. Sausage rolls were not very good.

Very attentive staff who listened to our dietary requirements. Excellent choice of sandwiches but would have preferred more variety of cake as flavours very similar. A nice lemon cake or small tart would have been a nice addition

We were bought Afternoon Tea as a gift and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The food was excellent. It was very busy when we dined so the service was a little slow but not terrible. Also I didn't think the access to the restaurant was clearly signed.

The service was quite slow, but the meal was enjoyable, and the overall experience was really good. After being seated, it took about 15-20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Additionally, we had to attract the waiter's attention to ask for the bill. View menu

I had a wonderful experience at this charming rustic tea room with its delicious food. As a vegetarian, I appreciated having more than just the usual egg sandwich on the menu. I've already recommended this spot to several friends, and I'm sure I'll be back again soon!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. One of our group had a health incident which resulted in a 999 call. The staff, particularly Amy were brilliant and did everything they could to make my friend comfortable and protected her privacy. We are not local but all 6 of us will go back with other friends and family.

We were greeted and shown to our table immediately we arrived. We were given time to look at the menu and our order was taken as soon as we were ready. Our food arrived quickly, there was a good selection and everything was very fresh. The staff were very friendly and polite, attentive without being overly so. We were unable to eat all of the cakes provided but a box was offered so that we could take them home to enjoy later. Our afternoon tea was a gift from our daughter and my husband was going to take a photo to send to her. The young man in charge asked if we would like him to take the photo of us both. A very nice gesture. We really enjoyed the afternoon. View menu
