This was our first time trying this pub and we were very impressed. The meals were hot and flavorful. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic Sunday lunch at this restaurant. Everything was perfect - from the roast to the drinks to the attentive waiting staff. I will definitely be coming back.

Very lovely pub and great staff. I asked for garlic breaded mushrooms, but got mushrooms with sour cream . Personally I would of liked a thicked sauce in my turkey, ham and leek pie. Apart from that we'll be back again

Another amazing visit on Sunday! There really is nothing you can fault with this place. The food is the best around by far, the girls are so kind and always make sure your looked after! Just remember booking is essential

This is a great pub, tucked away off the A5. Great selection of lagers and ales. The homemade ham baguette was lovely. Cant wait to try it in the evening when its a bit busier for the atmosphere. Very strongly recommended.

Good food, very pleasant staff, wide choice of menu. I had chicken tikka curry and my husband had, he says, the best steak and kidney pie he's ever had. He was in 7th heaven as his tipple of choice is a pint of Porter and they had this on draught. And very nice it was too everything. Its not a place to go if you want to dress up, its casual, comfortable but very good food.

I've only ever been here for drinks, but last night me and my partner and I came for food, and I can certainly see why you're always so busy. The food was outstanding! The food menu is very large, and you're the only establishment I've ever visited, which offers a doggy menu, and it's awesome. We had the breaded mushrooms and filo king prawns for starters and 12oz gammon and hunters chicken for mains. Best meals I've ever eaten in a pub, and I can safely say you have gained 2 new regulars because we will definitely be coming back. The whole experience from the moment we walked in, to the second we left, was amazing. Thank you

Lovely homely pub, visited with family last night to celebrate Mom Dad's Wedding Anniversary. The staff were welcoming, friendly, courteous, couldn't do enough for you and the food was absolutely delicious. All meals came out together, they were piping hot and the meals were presented very well on the plates. Would 100% definitely recommend anyone to visit, we shall certainly be going back that's for sure.
