"Our first meal after being husband and wife. The ambience and service was fantastic. We did order some water which was forgotten about but when asked again it came quickly. The quality of the food was superb with so many different flavours. I would highly recommend the chilli prawns to start and seabass for the main."

"Went for lunch and found that the food and service was of high quality. They catered for my wife who has an egg allergy and even discounted her food which is unheard of, in these times. The staff were very friendly and professional and although the Sunday menu is limited (understandable due to the pandemic), the food was great and good value for money. They also had a live musician who was brilliant. We will book again and try the more varied menu in the near future. Also the location is a few minutes from Regents park and ideal for a lovely stroll afterwards. finally, thank you to the staff and management for making it a lovely experience at THE NEW INN."

"Me and my husband took our 2 children down The Bull for lunch a few Saturdays ago. Excellent for the kids as have play area, children's booths and had a bouncy castle that particular weekend. Love how accommodating they are for children.... slush puppies, popcorn, mocktails, icecream, fab kids menu etc. We had a nice bit of food too, love the summer grill menu. Place was well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly. Bit of a wait at the outdoor bar but what do you expect on a Saturday when the weather is lovely! Will be returning soon, thank you for a great afternoon!!!"

"I'm not sure what this place wants to be. It was playing club music but in the surrounding of a fine dine establishment. To be fair the steak was really nice but felt the other dishes lacked imagination they were all quite similar. Finally I just felt it was all over priced for what was on offer."

"I love Tuttons, and have been there many times. The problem that we find is that if it's just the 2 of us, they always put you on a table that's so squeezed, in that you might as well join the next table, or in our case as table that was on a pathway between the kitchen and the stairs to the toilets. Very frustrating as this always makes us think twice before going there as a couple. We spoke to the manager and were moved, I'm not going to say reluctantly, but it was only after we said, it's ok we will go somewhere else, that we were moved. It was not just us, the couple who where put on the same table that we had vacated, asked to move, but were not so lucky. The food and the service, as always, were excellent. They maybe need to have a re think about table positions when you are a smaller party."

The lunch was headlined by the 'pizza of wonder ', an extraordinary creation that reimagined the classic pizza. With its impeccably charred crust and a medley of exquisite toppings, each bite was a symphony of flavours, making it much more than just a pizza it was a celebration of gastronomic artistry. Next came the rib eye steak, which was the epitome of 'melt in the mouth '. Cooked to perfection, it was a tender, flavour packed delight that tantalised our taste buds. It wasn 't just a dish; it was an ode to the sublime joys of well prepared meat. The lasagne, staying true to its Italian heritage, was a culinary masterpiece. Its layers of al dente pasta, rich ragu, and silky bechamel sauce combined to create a dish that was both comforting and sophisticated. "I ordered a rare steak, and it was cooked exactly how I like it. For starters, I had the scallops, which were delightful. On a quiet Sunday evening, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, and if I had to nitpick, I’d say the area where the cutlery was being refilled and the glasses were being cleaned could have been a bit tidier. However, this minor detail didn’t ruin our experience at all. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. While it's not the cheapest option, I believe you truly get what you pay for, and it was definitely worth it. I look forward to returning soon!"

"Took my mrs and 2 kids here for a sunday lunch, admittedly this is a curry place but they do say they did a Sunday Lunch on the menu so thought why not. Staff friendly, no issues here. However, the music was weirdly r ..b after r b no issues with r b but its Sunday afternoon and its a restaurant?? and it was properly loud to the point i was having to raise my voice for my family to hear me (and I love music). They also played a song with all sorts of swearing and sexual references, really not what we want with 5 and 3 year old? Thankfully about half way through they must have noticed as it got turned off. Just struck me as though it was an employee playing a list of all their favourite songs and stuff the customers? The most disappointing thing however was the food. We ordered a lamb dinner. I am not being funny, I am not entirely sure we got lamb, it really didn't taste like any lamb I have ever had. Chewy, fully of fat, quite frankly, disgusting. I left half my plate. They gave us a mini jug each of gravy which was about enough to put on a saucer of food let alone a plate. We then got charged £45 which was not near what the menu prices stated (they state £6.99 for a lamb dinner), by this time we just wanted to get out so paid and will not be returning."

"The restaurant was closed despite having made a reservation through OpenTable, which was confirmed. We arrived only to find the doors locked, so we had to call them. When I first spoke to the man who answered, he didn't even realize they were closed. The place seemed entirely abandoned, so we decided to go elsewhere. I understand that they may have had their reasons for being closed, but they really need to cancel reservations or at least inform their customers!"

"I absolutely love this place! I've been there twice when it was at Old School Mountain and once at Adelphi. Out of all the burger spots in Aberdeen, this one is my favorite. The burger is juicy, and the truffle and rosemary salted fries are fantastic. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir, which was a great way to kick off our evening! The service that night was exceptional as well, though I didn't catch the name of our server (a woman with dark hair). I highly recommend a visit!"

"Fantastic meal my beef wellington was the best I have ever had. The ribs,skate and linguine were all brilliant Unfortunately we were seated in the back of the restaurant in a booth with now windows and no view of the restaurant We were left by the staff having to in three occasions go to the bay for service We even had to wait 15 minutes for someone to ask us if we required dessert even though the restaurant was pretty empty by now Shame about the service"

"We visited Heritage on Wednesday to try their Christmas menu, I checked it before on their website and really liked the festive dishes they put. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely hostess, I think her name was Simona, she was so welcoming and attentive, and to me this attitude is always a huge bonus. The Christmas menu itself was a wonderful experience, we couldn't be more satisfied! Such a nice mix of authentic Alpine dishes with more familiar to us dishes of European cuisines. Taste-wise, our food was fantastic, from foie gras to bbq grill and then to a beautifully shaped quince strudel... Just marvellous! We will be definitely back again in the new year, looking forward to our next visit!"

"At 7:15PM, the upstairs restaurant was completely empty except for us. No one else arrived until we were finishing our meal, and that, too, was just one table. I ordered the artichoke appetizer, which turned out to actually just be poorly-marinated artichoke and iceberg lettuce, and the halibut, which was acceptable, and some reasonably edible grilled vegetables. My husband ordered a pasta dish, and observed that it was similar to army dinners, and commented that he’d’ve been better off with a box of spaghetti and jar of sauce from the grocery store. Also, the appetizer was brought out at the same time as the main courses, crowding the small table, which was already crowded with assorted superfluous drinking glasses. The wrong wine was brought... like, very wrong. Merlot instead of a white Burgundy. I’m not sure that our server could have handled more than one table at a time, but that’s ok because, apparently, that’s all they book. The space itself is pretty. Everyone is polite. We won’t be back."
