"I have always felt very comfortable in this pastry shop which may not be the most famous but certainly does not look out of place with other businesses in terms of the quality of the products it uses. Management in the laboratory is totally family-run, headed by the owners ' eldest son Emanuele. The breakfasts are fantastic, the fresh, crumbly croissants always overflowing with fillings, the diner ditto with the phenomenal pastry. I would also like to say a few words about specialties such as skier and their leaves. I put skiers in first place at Zaffeerana for quality and softness. The leaves and leaves are of great quality. A word also for the Sicilian which is second to none. Today, with the new image they have given to the place, it has become more welcoming and bright with a minimum of 20 comfortable seats inside the structure. Cleanliness is the first thought of the owners ' youngest son Mattia who is giving the place a new face, cleanliness, let 's say it clearly, absolutely doesn 't displease anyone. The cocktails are making the bar a point of reference and the professionalism and education of the barmen do the rest. I send you my best wishes and congratulations."

Mi ero recata in questo bar solo per un amaro, ma alla fine ho preso una prelibatezza (la siciliana) simile al calzone fritto. Ripieno di Nutella al pistacchio, molto molto buona. Da provare

Ottimo bar, pasticceria, con piccola cucina, abbiamo mangiato deliziose pizze siciliane e un caffè fantastico, personale gentilissimo, bella atmosfera in una piazzetta con vista su Etna e mare. Da tornare!

Speciale pasticceria nel centro di Zafferana. Siamo venuti per colazione e abbiamo gustato deliziose brioches artigianali appena sfornate (stracolme di ripieno!! e un buon cappuccino. Cibo eccezionale sia dolce che salato siamo arrivati qui per caso essendo nella piazza al centro del paese ed è stata una scoperta eccezionale. Arancini super ma anche la pasta con le melanzane. I dolci li avrei voluti assaggiare tutti ma ho preso solo una cassatina alla ricotta, buonissima, consiglio davvero di passare da qui!

Sono andata al bar Torrisi insieme ai miei amici per assaggiare la siciliana, piatto tipico del posto, è posso dire con certezza che era buonissima, i prodotti erano freschi e soprattutto non era unta, cosa che ho riscontrato in altri posti del luogo. Soddisfatti da quella serata siamo ritornati un altro giorno per la colazione è anche quella volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Consiglio il bar Torrisi perché oltre ad avere prodotti tipici siciliani eccellenti e preparati con cura e dedizione , è un posto accogliente grazie al personale gentile e cortese
