I don't write to help anyone, I don't read anyone's reviews, I don't believe anyone's review tool to evaluate the quality of nothing and anyone. I don't recognize authoritativeness to what I write, I hardly recognize it to strangers. I will write this review to read a local manager. Let's start. I came here driven by the michelin guide, michelino compulsus this is fedro. I hear and read that this is restaurant with star ambitions, and here I stop. I don't think I'm up to judging a starry kitchen, and extending my policy to this place that the star doesn't have. But I have a lot to say. first, rigidity in orders. As soon as we entered, my friends and I have long been educated on the complex and articulated rules to continue in the degotative path. We made a real effort to come here and found the spring tasting menu usually imaginative and well prepared, but was prepared by the cook who seemed to advise the staff at any occasion and has rude table side style, ignore half the table, half the occasion. Must recognize a patron who is there to be engaged not ignored. I will not go back or recommend this restaurant.

fantastic experience where tradition meets creativity. very prepared and kind staff, a truppa that can accompany you on this journey between culture and wise culinary matter. the baroque menu proposed with a careful selection of Apulian wines is sublime to the palate. The chef was able to create a magical route between goths, goth, smell and colors. a perfect circle in which is enclosed this land that knows how to amaze the staff.

"Ho vissuto a Lecce tanti anni, l’ho abbandonata da tanti anni. È molto cambiata, non esprimo giudizi. Quando vado in un ristorante leccese finisce quasi sempre a mazzate. Molti locali sono pretenziosi, molti improvvisati, molti non hanno idea di quello che fanno, molti sono cari come a Parigi. E non è una battuta. Un ristorante a una stella a Parigi è facile trovarlo a prezzi più bassi degli stellati leccesi, guida Michelin alla mano. Veniamo a noi. L’amico che mi invita si sforza molto a cercare un sabato a pranzo un ristorante dove passare del tempo piacevole e mangiare bene senza che finisca a botte. Sperimentiamo questo nuovo indirizzo che nessuno aveva mai provato. Ci troviamo nei vecchi vicoli attorno alla chiesa greca, una parte di città che i miei coetanei ricordano per ben altre cose. Il locale è molto bello, ristrutturato con molto gusto e probabilmente con tanto impegno economico. Molte piccole sale in successione, negli arredi, tavoli grandi e distanziati. Servizio attento e professionale senza essere distaccato, direi al contrario piuttosto cordiale. Bel menu, che non insegue a tutti i costi i piatti tradizionali di questa terra. Buoni ingredienti, belle preparazioni, impiattamenti curati. Gradito amuse-bouche. Dessert freschi e gustosi a prezzi particolarmente bassi. Tutta la carta, in verità, offre piatti a prezzi giusti per la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione. Chiacchierata a fine pasto con chef e maîtresse di sala. Non solo non ho litigato, ma direi che sono rimasto proprio contento. Non sarò un cliente fisso, vivo tanto lontano, ma sono sicuro che ci rivedremo. Buona fortuna, e grazie."
