"my friend and I ordered food from here for the delivery via foodora. we used the delivery service before, but never for this restaurant. the delivery section went well, but this is really where the redeeming qualities ended. I was a little taken back, like little. the bag of food considering, we spent over 60 euro for two main dishes (kim chee fried rice with huh and the stone pot bibeembop) and two beside dishes (mando and kimbab.) both main dishes should come with cold supplements (banachanen). what had actually arrived were two very small main dishes of very average taste (real, I would say, under average, but I spent a lot of time in asia, so maybe I am biased.) also we received only a single part of the supplements we did not eat because they were extremely old, not fresh and even sour. I know how Korean foods should taste and the difference between sour, because it is bad and sour because it is picked/fermented. that was bad. Even if they were delicious, we only have enough for maybe one or two bites every banchans. the supplements were better, but nothing special. the mando was really standard-tale that could get it at any local Korean site, which was incredibly disappointing when you cost the five pieces 7,50 euro. the kimbap was also normal, but also incredibly overpriced. we are not going back. the cost was only terrible for what they got. I'd be surprised if it cost more than 10 euro and we paid over 60 for it. I'll just grill a steak home, or if I'm really jones’n for koreaner, go to frankfurt."

no wonder on a Saturday they are empty. eating is great, but for 2 adult amd 1 baby is 80 euro! not high class and cook yourself....still. eating is authentic Korean. I lived in korea for 20 years, so I think too expensive...below prices...more...pages and they will be busy!

The food was average, but we didn't even order what we wanted (bulgogi) because it was comically overpriced. Roughly €40 for one person. The server (probably the owner) was kind of rude. He brought us the wrong order and when we mentioned it to him,...he was rude the rest of the evening. Do not recommend unless you are going through serious korean-food withdrawals.

Eat Drink Man Woman has really great food with good quality that is worth the price! However, sometimes I am torned. The service is good, strived, but it was way more nice and a familiar atmosphere in former times. They changed the location some time...ago, and the new rooms are pretty nice, but it is way bigger now. A good place to go and still, we can recommend without hesitation!

We ordered the bulgogi for 2. Portions were good. I was totally shocked with the bam bam. They serve it to you first because the portions are so tiny. Maybe 1Tbs or 1El. When the food was finished cooking we asked for refills and they...told us we need to buy. In a Korean restaurant having to buy your bam bam refill?? They should have told us at the beginning. Nickel and dime for vegetables. Will not return.

I have now patronized this restaurant twice and both times the food was great, the service excellent. The first time was with a large group, and the wait staff handled the group well. The second time was with just four people, the waiter was helpful...both with the menu and with the actual cooking on the hibachi grill. However, I would definitely recommend a reservation because on the weekend, the restaurant does tend to fill quickly for dinner.

Missing the warm, sage advice of my best friend who is Korean born...I was hoping get for the ultimate pick-me-up and throwback. I guess without an authentic Korean, ordering is a different story at any Korean BBQ restaurant. So, my bias us up front. Good...beef. Lovely setting. Kind service, but not over the top. Not cheap, but beef in these parts isn't either. Not top 20% of eating establishments I've ever eaten at. I will go back, but my expectations have now been set. Good news is the scene is lively.

jjajiangmian (neither authentic and tasty, 15,90 euro) and spicy grilled bark (18,90Euro) the quality of the bark leaves some to be desired; hard and old. red bean ice was not bad (2.20 euro), but the part was very small and not worth it. it would be good if they didn't use a one-way spoon. the bill came up to 80 euro for 2 persons after 3 beer and 1 plant wine. I ordered 0.3l water, but 0.5l came despite my tip on 0.3l service was extremely slow. it took 40 minutes until a waiter asks us what we wanted to eat. for dessert we waited very long. at the end my man had to go and ask the waiter to come and take our order. a glass and a bowl that were served were dirty. overpriced, not so great se...

digging dinner here, as I try to see so many Korean places. this restaurant has a beautiful ambiente and is better suited if you have a group or look for a raised place to dinner. it is also directly at the Schloss-/Johannesstraße u, so it is easy to reach. it found a little challenging, the appetizers and the more expensive items (of course the more expensive items.) I ordered the chicken brogogi since I had eaten too much meat and pork in Germany. asked if it could be prepared on the back, but they still cooked it on the table. the waitress didn't seem to be sure what to do, so another waiter had to jump in. overall I enjoyed it. I liked the supplements (super small portions) and salate, b...

"Wow. Simply Awesome! Best dining experience my wife and I have had in several years, probably top all time, and we are real foodie snobs. They squeezed us in with only a couple hours notice. We got the course menu paired with wine....Little did we know that six courses in metric means First came the amouse bouse, a frothy chicken soup plus a croquette topped with dried mushrooms. Paired with wine of course. Then came a home made freshly baked baguette that was crazy delicious served with a dish of sour cream and chives as well as butter with pumpkin seeds. The bread was so good it could have been its own course, and the sour cream was the first of many unusual com I nations, but it worked. Next was a salad a combination of beet root, cabbage, Thai coconut milk and lemon grass. I hate beets and I loved this dish. Next wa the first actual course, duck liver pate and brioche with figs and wine sauce. Amazing! Now how about some slow cooked trout (which strongly resembled salmon) with tangerines and celery root. Then some white cod with Jerusalem artichokes and hazel nuts. Then, to cleanse the palate a glass of deer broth served in a glass like a brandy snifter. We're only halfway through. Now it's a slab of deer meat cooked like a tender steak, served with a cannelloni stuffed with deer and all set over mashed parsley root that could have passed as mashed potatoes. All garnished with an amazing deer gravy/sauce. Next comes some mont d'or cheese served with house made fruit bread, oranges, and rutabaga. Crazy com o but it was delicious. Now for dessert courses. Red wine sorbet. Think you're done? Next comes white chocolate ice cream serve with quince (purée, cubes, and foam) served with a chestnut parfait. Now we're stuffed, but time for another dessert: creme brulee paired with a chocolate brownie and a serving of mango mousse. Crazy good."
