"we had our place in the rustic slender room. In view of the cold outside temperatures, we got cold legs at each opening of the entrance door. this was when no more guests came.The map in the uhlenhof is varied, it should be something for every taste. we decided on the way for wild cream soup and homemade ravioli with forest mushroom filling. the wild cream soup was strongly tasted, as it should be, and the ravioli a pleasure.In the main course we chose the sous vide cooked & s. hips of fried and pink fried calves. both were excellent and very spiced. the flesh was very well cooked; this had to look over some swaying fat pieces at the back of the calf. very beautiful the many different aromes on the tellers (port wine sharks, mangold, root vegetables and radishes). the portions were well meant and unfortunately did not leave any space for a dessert.The service was fast, friendly facing and open. the price-performance ratio is consistent.Minus points are available for the oversaturated blanket with many spots of food. this must be noticed when it is covered and the table cloth changed. also my knife I had to let exchange, it was completely smeared. because of the described critique points there is no full score. overall we felt too loud and not so comfortable in the slender room. next time we will reserve in the dining room."
