"very well maintained local characteristic, located in the heart of the city of woollen, is the right place if you want to experience a different and pleasant culinary experience. the menu consists in the choice of the most various cuts of raw meat (and not only) to go then to cook independently on the moment in the boiling broth, also chosen by the customer (from broths per table). meat cuts, as well as broths, are of good quality. in the menu are also available vegetables, rice and spaghetti to be baked in the broth and pastries and already cooked meats. it is also possible to create, always independently, a sauce in which to inting boiled meats; If you don't know the creation of the sauces, I suggest you help yourself with a waiter. experience certainly beautiful and different, but not miss a price in my opinion not competitive. In fact, with an account of about euro per head I consider it a little too expensive. I want to remember that most of the courses are served raw, and that the portions are not abundant, although at first sight they may seem. Unfortunately I can't help noticing that normal restaurants are able to offer, for the same price, a full dinner and already cooked in conclusion, great local, to try if you want something different, but, at least in my case, it will not become a daily stop."

Very nice food, great attentive staff, we are lucky that the dinner time of locals is quite late, so our reservation 7pm is quite early. Total really great experience!

Not bad, but can’t say they have blown my mind away. The quality of the food is good. If you are a fan of truffel you should try it, but have been to better places to eat truffel. Staff is friendly but the entourage is a bit basic.

a really great restaurant! extremely efficient waiters and services, prices in the norm considered the quality of meat. I liked to taste the various raw meats and feel the freshness of meat, recommended Thai fondue with coconut milk. we will definitely return to get the wagyu

The Portions could be bigger for the prize they offer. They also calculate the tip themself without asking or letting the customer know. So basically we payed more tip than we actually planned… and this is a reason why I would not like to visit them again even if the food was quite good.

Fabulous little restaurant that had incredible truffle based foods. Everything was about the truffle and luckily I was there during white truffle season! It did surprise me that this was not a white linen tablecloth kind of place. Much more casual and laid back. Very earthy feel to it. Great food and great service overcame the spartan decor feel. I will go back next time in Milan.
