"Hidden gem. This is one of my favourite restaurants. This village is very pretty. Lovely place. The decor is really beautiful, it's like you taken away to a castle. Behind those huge doors. The food is exceptional, the price, the service and the staff. This is an exceptional restaurant. Fantastic for any occasion. The staff are outstanding, friendly and very professional. The food is of high quality, a variety to chose from. Highly recommended. The menu is outstanding and the price is very reasonable for what you get. There are options to choose from, great variety and very worth the money. Lovely terrace and garden outside. Children friendly and safe. Lovely bar it's like being in a castle for a day. I recommend this restaurant, the service the quality and the professional is outstanding. My favourite restaurant. I recommend everything, for all and any occasion this is the place. Beautiful village to walk around. I do recommend that you book in advance as it gets very full and is very popular. I will be back soon. Somewhat clueless the couple of waiters. They did not take the order well. So, while my groupmates were having dessert and coffee, I was still waiting for the second course... and then I had to get up to the bar to order dessert. The food was a bit chaotic. A very good restaurant is El Portón in the La Mancha town of Daimiel. Located in the Plaza de San Pedro. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, although the dining room is not very spacious. The food is excellent. It has a wide variety of menus, all very varied and with good prices. The preparation of the dishes is very good, exquisite and with lis that you do not leave hungry. The attention from the waiters is unbeatable, attentive and very professional. The prices are very attractive. Totally recommended restaurant.
