"Besides being a really nice place, the products are all excellent, from bread to wineries for breakfast, to the cafeteria. the great yeasts are particularly interesting: the bauletti in this period, panettoni, colombe and pandori when the parts arrive. ranging from classic gorges to niche and captivating combinations, such as licorice and lemon from last Christmas. the doughs stand out for how soft and humid they are adequately, for the leavening managed with skill and the excellent quality of the ingredients, starting from the products candied produced by the laboratory itself. even the pastries disappoint, from the monopoly offered as dessert to dinner, to the mignon and the cakes to take away. everything is always treated in appearance, combinations and balance of flavors. a dessert after a pizza here does not weigh and does not appear excessive. Finally, it is worth visiting also the restaurant/pizzeria. pizzas are particularly light, with a smooth and seasoned pasta in an interesting and balanced way. in short, from olive trees you can go on the safe everything you take."
