For a hotel restaurant Elements is very good. The area is like a set from a film but the food and service were very good even if the atmosphere and area is not

The waitress never once asked how the food was. I phoned the day before to change the reservation time the call took minutes and even though I asked for an email confirmation I did not receive one

Elements is hard to find and when found was empty apart from our table.The staff were delightful and helpful, food very good, ambience somewhat lacking as there is a building site in view from the windows.It will be very good when the locality is finished

Expected pretty average food from the fairly generic menu pizza, pasta, burger, club sandwich, etc but actually both my food and my colleagues were much better than expected. Not worth travelling to but a solid option if you need lunch in Paddington Central
