Small restaurant where to breath and taste part of the Sicily. Fish is very fresh and prepared very well as presented also very nicely. Great and extensive wine list with a lot of the best Sicilian wines including also other part of Italy. Sure you will enjoy.

Eolo is a always a great confirmation. EOLO is the place to go if you want to taste the siculian cousine and very good fish. Normally I 'm there once in a year but I 'm sure to find always good food, lovely place and kind people. Yesterday evening I had moscardini with caramel cipollotti, pasta with sarde and cannolo. Everything was fantastic and, again, always a pleasure. Excellent choice of wines and passiti to taste the real flavor of Sicily. And everything managed very well from the 2 very kind owners.
