"The restaurant was not very crowded at that time; the staff was friendly and attentive. The tables were a bit formal, with nice cloth napkins and appropriate utensils for what we ordered. The menu offers a wide variety of options. We both started with tortelloni in butter and sage; given the price, we expected just a handful, but instead, it was a substantial dish, a primo piatto in genuine Italian style rather than just an appetizer. For our main courses, we had grilled seabass and lamb steak, both served with vegetables and roasted potatoes, which were very nicely presented. Everything was prepared very well, and the service was perfect. For drinks, we had a glass of wine and a beer. We then shared a cassata ice cream for dessert and had two coffees. The bill was very good value for money, totaling just £60, including service charge. We will definitely return; there are (few) good restaurants in the area, but all are more expensive."

We expected worse. The staff was attentive even though the restaurant was full. The pizza was decent. They offer kids' menus. Overall, it was a good experience.

We have spent three days staying in these apartments and felt right at home! I would definitely return for another stay! The location is great, and it’s very quiet! The place is well maintained, and the staff is very attentive. View menu

The apartments are truly excellent, newly renovated to a very high standard and situated in an incredible location. Everything you could want in London's West End—sights, shopping, theaters, parks, and much more—is within walking distance.

The total bill came to just over £60, including the service charge, which we thought was very reasonable. We definitely plan to return to Europa in the future, as there are not many good restaurants in the area, and most of them tend to be more expensive.

If you're looking for budget-friendly pizza or pasta in Mayfair, along with a good variety of house wines, Europa is the place to go. While this restaurant isn’t striving for Michelin stars, it provides a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food at a more reasonable price than many other establishments in the area. View menu

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
