We stayed here one night, in a quadruple room and a double room for single use, as regards the stay in the quadruple room everything was ok, while the single room had a missing shower glass, blocked bidet cap and poor toilet cleaning, the breakfast was super and plentiful, very good location as it is close to the motorway exit and the center of Mantua easily reachable by bus, friendly and helpful staff Rooms: 3

This hotel restaurant was a total disappointment. When a part of our group was sitting, we were ignored for a considerable time, while other menus got, commands were taken and served. No one offered us menus or drinks. We feel it was because we speak English. As two Italian speakers joined us, the service improved. Sad was not the food. All the dishes were just fine, with a few exceptions. The hand carved ham was good. The gnocchi was terrible. It took forever to get the bill. The hotel website has instructed it as a Michelin star restaurant. I did not see that in the signs or in the quality of food and services. The only thing I can say was that it was comfortable.
