"Not so good. ordered sausage sandwiches only to be told they had run out of white bread. Ordered a chorizo chickpea and sunblush snack bowl when it came out there were no chickpeas or tomatoes in it. Was made to feel like a pain when...I asked them to change it. Was then told they were also out of chickpeas. Coleslaw was out of a packet and pita was stale. Finally the sausages in my sons sandwich were burnt. I reviewed this place a year ago and it wasn't good then but I thought I'd give it another go. Won't bother again. On the plus side the toilets are funky."

combine a caffe and vintage artefakte shop. we were attracted by the decorations (many of them can buy). had a good light lunch of paninis and hot drinks at very affordable prices.

A vintage cafe with friendly staff and exsquisite food and care also affordable but best of all run by a youngman who has put his heart and soul into this quirky trip down memory lane. Excellent job well done.

We were a group of 4 ladies out for the day in Salisbury and came across this amazing little restaurant. The menu wasn’t huge which I prefer, the food was delicious all freshly cooked. We had to have wine of course which is always obligatory...when out shopping with the girls, and was pleased to see local wines. Cakes were also consumed by all of us as it would of been rude not to sample such tempting treats. Well done and new menu!

"We stayed here ten years ago and thought it was wonderful and worth every penny. We were so excited to return, but really Disapointed. The grounds are lovely and we were pleased with our room. The children loved the outdoor space and the pool What really let us down was the food and service. There was no luxury here. The family dining choices were poor. The children's meal was bad one had fish gougons and sweet potato fries which were very salty. The other two had pizza, the small was served as half a pizza, the large was a conventional round shape. Both were shop bought bases (cardboard) with grated Cheddar on the top. Something I would not feed them at home let alone expect in a supposedly high end dining. My husband's steak was chewy. My main, whole plaice with creamed potatoes, the potato was served in a ceramic dish and it was cold. It was taken away and then took ten minutes to return by which point I had eaten the fish. The food was incredibly expensive considering how poor the offerings were. The next day we ate a very late lunch in Bath so we would not have to eat at the hotel. The breakfast buffet area had some nice items but was really understocked and allowed to run to empty. The staff functioned but not at a steady rate, we found the service slow and the staff disinterested. Such a contrast to our previous visit. The person in charge we found sullen and felt as if our presence was an inconvenience. When we walked through to the dining areas we would hop out of the staff'so way for fear of being bulldozed. When we left the receptionist was polite but did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. A week later I had an email to complete a survey and nobody got in touch despite the same feedback as given here. Very dispointing. Lovely room and surroundings but poor food and poor attitude from staff. Last year we stayed in a hotel that cost 65% less than Wooley Grange and had a much better experience."
