Stunning selection of cheeses and meat cuts. You can buy wine and eat in their garden overlooking the river. They provide a basket and plastic glasses cutlery etc. to eat outside overlooking the river. Their truffle cheese is to die for as are many others....Very good prices for quality cheeses and meat cuts.

Salumeria is a special and unique place that I suggest stopping by as the concept is so cool and different. Its more like a picnic style meal, you walk in and grab a basket and pick the things that you want, and then you can...leave with the food or stay and eat with the lovely river view, outside or inside. A special experience!

just entered seems to be in a classic sausage, but then going forward we immediately realize the beautiful terrace with a view on the adige and in which you can eat what we just purchased. the quality of the products is really interesting and the price very honest, in a few words you create the picnic basket and then ocire on the terrace to eat it. A beautiful discovery!

A unique concept and location! Fabulous selection of delicatessen products with a view over the river towards the Castel San Pietro We ate: San Daniele Ham, Salami, semi dried tomatoes, an olive selection, artichokes, Rockmelon, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella, Pecorino, Parmesan cheese, Goats cheese, Mustard fruit chutney...served with red wine and beer. To avoid a crowd go at 12pm or 2pm. Highly recommended!!

this place was probably my high point during 2 weeks in whole italy. you go to a small family business deli and choose what you want. the owner gave us excellent recommendations and everything was fresh and delicious. especially the local cheese. then they go into the garden to an incredible view of the river and other side of the city. honestly, a hidden gem and a real high point of our journey. the man behind the theke was a gent and took his time to explain the cuts. the garden is also in the shade that helps with the heat

there are various facilities in verona that have a fantastic view of the bridge ponte pietro. one of them is salumeria gironda. we went to salumeria gironda during our first morning in verona. here you can buy all kinds of Italian delicacies such as meat, cheese olive, tapenade, obst, wein and beer. If you want to have a picnic with an excellent view, we recommend that you visit this place and buy everything they long. they will put all items in a small picnic box so they can take it outside on their terrace and eat with a view. flavio the owner, was so helpful, friendly and pleasant! he was great to recommend combinations of meat, cheese and wine that we had an amazing time! highly recommen...
