Food was good but this place really needs a bit of work and freshen up it’s a bit off putting and toilets not great at all

A great full English for us all and which catered for our coeliac son! Walk towards the coop and it’s just nearby. Staff very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

Friendly staff good food and reasonable price but place could do with a refit and deep clean. Oh and the bold guy needs to be better with the customers also as he can come across as quite rude.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. It is not the fault of the staff at the register, but rather the kitchen staff. We are regular customers and were shocked by the way my partner was spoken to today. This is not the first time this has happened.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today. The food was decent and the prices were reasonable. However, I was disappointed to find that the restroom was not very clean and could use some updating. My wife took a peek into the kitchen and noted that it could also benefit from a good cleaning. View menu

On first glance this place is a preserved time capsule from the 60s but when you sit down and really take in everything you can see the building is very run down and hasn't seen any investment in a very long time. The feature hardwood ceiling is badly bowed over the counter with signs of water damage. Nothing looks very clean.

We stopped in porthcawl for the night in our campervan And then on our first morning here went on search for somewhere for breakfast and asked one of the locals where to go They sent us to Fulgonis Cafe I cant explain in words how good the breakfast was probably the best one we’ve had in years Great food Great staff Lovely clean cafe Will be back one day Thankyou

Decided to try this traditional cafe. Wish I had never entered. Went with a family member. Spent £16 on two ham egg and chips and two teas. Deco is as old as I am. Shabby. Young man didn't really care about his customers as he had his headphone in one ear. £6.50 for ham egg and chips. Basically my 15 year old could cook better chips then the cook in this place. Photo available with this review. Where's the bucket after I left. Felt sick an hour so after leaving. Plenty of ham and a good egg though chips were mushy skinny and just awful.
