Very solid, upscale restaurant at the station in Münster. The service is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere should be a little more casual. Food and wine convince every visit.

Wirklich absolut und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!! Da lohnt sich auch eine längere Anreise! Die Küche hat ebenso alle Sterne verdient, genau wie der Service! Personal ist absolut auf Zack. Das Essen hat auf einem einzigen Teller drei mal den WOW-Effekt erzielt.

A special evening at Gabriel’s We stayed in Gabriel on 25.01.2020 and had a really great evening. The ambience, the wine, the food, the staff have all matched and given us a great evening. Sure, you can't eat here every day, you can enjoy something special. Price performance was absolutely consistent for us. The January menu was perfectly matched and has very well harmonized. Even the portions were very good, after that they were well saturated without feeling too full. We'll probably come back and get spoiled here.

We were guests at Hotel Kaiserhof and had therefore reserved a table in Gabriel 's for the day of arrival. On the other days we ate in Villa Medici and Chesa Rössli. Gabriel 's was a positive surprise for me because I had expected much less. We had starters and a main course, including Lamm Bulgur Datteln Anatto Zucchini. Looks. We had a bottle of 1997 Brunello di Montalcino 1997 Vasco Sassetti . In the lamb I would have left my stomach for me, but all dishes were very delicious and very well prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful, never intrusive. If you want to eat well in Münster, you should book a table in this restaurant. I also found the ambience beautiful.

Viel angekündigt, aber hinter den Erwartungen zurückgeblieben! Wir sechs Personen hatten das Menue mit drei verschiedenen Hauptgerichten. Am Ende war nur das Duo vom Rind und Schwein sättigend, während die Scampi und die Ravioli uns hungrig zurückgelassen haben. In der Summe hat allen Gerichten ganz deutlich die Würze gefehlt, sodass der Salz und Pfefferstreuer unsere besten Freunde wurden. Weder bei den Scampi mit Linsenbeilage noch bei den Ravioli mit Parmesam Schaum ? hat man den erwarteten Geschmack gefunden. Dafür war das Rindfleisch butterzart und der Blumenkohl bissfest.
