"I have visited this beer garden in the course of the years some picturesque on an old beer on the Rhine, as the outside area with its large wooden benches, which are built into the old trees, is a really good place for a bit of drinking in the free. but last week was the first time we visited something to eat, and we used the dining room of the gallery in the upper floor. I have to advise with an earlier reviewer that I did not find the menu so impressive and received it with none of the available German classics as quite limited. fortunately, I was not so hungry as I was still stuffed after I had attacked the carving in to the unicorn on the eve, so this time the Peperoni lamb cake was enough. I would definitely come back to drink a beer at the Rhine, but I don't think I'm gonna deal with this one here to eat again. I'm not sure if it's on the owner, but the bar and restaurant have a strange variety of collections, some of which are interesting, like the oldtimer, one of which was used as a chicken stable during a visit, and the antique pieces of furniture. but some of them are just too disturbing, like the gothic-sadistic teufels pictures in the toilets. for those who are nervous or slightly insulted, they probably need to use the flow."

beautiful beirgarten with view of the Rhine, friendly and helpful staff. we thought of one or two beers after we had visited the burgruine next door, and relaxed us simply. nice opportunity to enjoy the landscape and be a past outside the city. View menu

the owner of this charming restaurants, beergartner, wintergaden, is a damn collector like me. the restaurant, right on the Rhine, magnificent view, is located near the imiserplatz rhein in düsseldorf. Fittings, skull, bone, old books, antique pieces, old furniture, antique chandelier. I could describe for hours. Don't miss it!

it is a self-service. the tables and chairs are dirty and have never been cleaned. Apart from that, it has a beautiful outside area that offers a lot of shade under the high trees. they can drink a beer or a glass of wine and that's all. the food we tried was far below the average and I do not recommend eating there. When I also visited the toilets that are located at the back of the restaurant, I came to the close of an unpleasant situation where satanic emblems and statues were exhibited. very creepy experience that I personally do not want to experience again in my life. Stay away!

for everything else they better bring their own. the menu is totally limited, not even standards like carving are available. they had 3 main dishes on the menu when we visited them: (if the remembrance is correct:) leberkäse, the second and rumpsteak number appears, you stand again, get your food. the huge wooden tables and benches offer a beautiful view of the Rhine, with some trees on the back, and this is the good one. it would be better if someone would run around to clean the place regularly. I have already mentioned: two suppen to choose from, the first and gulasch. the associated lukeg pulp was soft instead of crispy raised prices. View menu

My favourite beer garden! . It is really very ridiculous what you need to read here partly for reviews, but without this whole negative waste of permanent sailors, Germany would probably not be Germany either. Huge old trees..Castonia to be exact. How terrible. This nature that constantly steals the sun. Media suggest everything to cut off and add a sterile, clean and absolutely impeccable Bauhaus-style restaurant! No, seriously. Even if you have to go 3 to 4 stages and actually have to get your own food, even if there is a lot of shade thanks to the large trees, it is at least an absolutely warhy beer garden as you can hardly find it anywhere. Sensational view of the Rhine, great ambience,...

this is more than a restaurant. it is a restaurant, a beer garden at the river bank and a collection of different statues in Gothic style, which provides an interesting visit. the eating is good and fresh, the salat and the thin crispy bottom of the vegetarian Alsace pizza (flame cake/flame cake), which we sat under the trees with views of the Rhine, all contributed to the beautiful ambiente of the location. the seating are located on long wooden boards with a similar table in between, which maximizes the space and promotes an atmosphere of the camera. eating for the outside area is self-service, ie they order inside, but pick it up yourself. this is also a popular stop for cyclists. childre...
