Wir haben auf einer Wandertour dort übernachten und waren rundum beeindruckt. Abendessen, Service (seeeeeehr freundlich und überaus aufmerksam) und Zimmer waren schon wirklich seh gut. We had booked a room from the 31 to 1 and expected to have a nice new years dinner. But when we arrived, the hotel manager said the restaurant was fully booked. I don't know what they were expecting us to eat that night, but from what I could gather from her attitude, pizza in the hotel room is an adequate new years dinner. We asked why they hadn't warned us or at least told us that the restaurant was fully booked beforehand. The answer was that we hadn't asked. We decided that we were better of driving home, but we of course had to pay for the rooms we weren't going to use. Is it reasonable to expect a table in the restaurant when You book a room in a Gasthof?Not at Krapp! I have booked 2 rooms for 31/12. Upon arrival 17,00 I was informed that there was no table for us in the restaurant. Asking why we was not informed, I was replied “You should have asked!”. As there was no other available restaurants in the village we kindly returned the keys. Upon this, I was forced to pay for the rooms. I have rarely been more disappointed, leaving a Gasthof.I cannot review if the rooms were good and clean, and I cannot comment on the food.
