"Our family regularly does the 45 minute drive from North Switzerland to this family run restaurant in Hufingen simply because of the food. They have a huge menu and the steaks are the best. I highly recommend the Pfeffersteak (steak covered in a peppercorn sauce) and my wife loves the Zweibelsteak (steak covered in thin fried onion rings). And the prices are very reasonable, around 17 euros for the steak dish which includes a generous portion of french fries and huge salad."

The Cordon Bleu is perfect. Probably the best I've ever eaten! A very spicy aroma through the cheese. A fantastic frying sauce, tasty croquets and excellent late zle. I'm thrilled, just my taste! The sausage salad is also the first cream! Very finely cut and perfectly balanced dressing. Sweet mad. To our taste. Come back here. Operation was unattended friendly and professional. The ambience is pleasant.

Fabulous food quality, very professional prepared. We visited this restaurant twice during our stay, which is proof of the top quality served. A family operation, father - the corpulent bartender behind the bar - and his son and daughter run this place. The stakes are impressive in taste and size. Really a restaurant to return to. Highly recommended. By the way the beer - Fürstenberg - is of superb German taste and quality.
