"the evaluation refers exclusively to the quality of eating, weaving and service. I can't say anything about the price quota as we left without paying. Here, however, it can be determined that an inconspicuous departure was always well guaranteed and possible with little imperceptibility. this fact will not affect the evaluation of food, but this will be hard, but fair, as the Saxon justice. the service was overall quick and friendly. the champganer arrive (taittinger, unfortunately there is no choice at the open champagne) was quickly brought and the order was also recorded in time. the service was not very motivated and almost a bit lustless when it was about the presentation of the dishes and the weeping. the arrangements were not finished and also here and there for a star-shaped kitchen a little sloppy. it can also be considered as exemplary, which is often the problem with 1 star restaurants in Germany, and especially in pronvicial cities such as leipzig. it is much pumped, served in foam or pralin form and overlaid with sauces, without actually asking whether it is too good for the court or simply serves the image that the guests in only this province have to look like star kitchen. the quality, processing and the interaction of the ingredients comes first at second place. in the quality of the ingredients: the greatest critique point can be found here. simply said: the quality was not good. especially with the dresses that had a somewhat minimalist structure, this point was unpleasant: in the lamb with short, neither the flesh nor the sweet could convince. in the opposite, I haven't tasted such a tasteless pumpkin for a long time. for a restaurant that is awarded with a star in general a nothing, as a standalone ingredient on a 3 components teller completely meaningless. that only as an example, even the fish dishes did not suspect that there was a star chef in the factory. but since we had everything in a beautiful evening, we would give the restaurant the opportunity to cook in the future."
