"Dear Burggraf team, dear guests, as always with such reviews I would like to anticipate one thing, namely that I usually feel compelled only with very good or very bad experiences to make a kind of assessment. In this case, however, I cannot avoid sharing my experiences. But we're coming to dinner. In the last half of the year I had the opportunity to experience the Burggraf team (both à la carte and various events in action). And what I have experienced is very difficult to put into words. Because not only individual points are clearly mentioned (such as the excellent quality of food, the great service, the wonderful location, ... that for me this ingenious experience, but the composition of such small things that are mixed with the feelings that are being transported. The short version of my review is: brilliant, please feel free to experience yourself. Ideal min. 1x à la Carte and 1x at one of the many events. The long version follows: The ambience: The ambience in the place is (in my opinion is brilliant). Started by as small things as the big (Laguiole?! Knives, beverage carafes, original and well-tuned interiors, etc. Only the structurally high noise level can be somewhat disturbing depending on the load. Staff and Service: I can't say anything here except HERVORRAGEND. The staff was barely nice, very attentive and the _ohne_apparent. This also applies in particular to the head of the house. He always seems beautiful and spreads an ingenious and loose atmosphere. He is always with advice and deed about meat and his preparation and explains everything you need to know about grills and steaks. Food and Beverage: I think it's enough to say that the Burggraf team deserves the name Meatheaven! But I also have to mention that not only the meat is an absolute top class. Also beer, dessert and the supplements are top category. My conclusion: The team of Burggraf Bräu managed what I would not have thought possible. It has banished my two top drivers in the Steak Barbecue category to second place. And DAS wants to say something, because the other two restaurants are also absolute weights in their respective category. "We drove from Heidelberg to Bickenbach to spend the evening with our family and eat together. We had reserved 6 people two days ago. The reservation for 18.00 h was not registered, but friendly got a table. At 20.30 a.m. the order was added, Pizza/Pasta/Salat. Beverages came to some extent fleeting, but for 1 1⁄2 hours we still only sat with the ordered drinks. When we asked politely, we were sure that the food was the same. At 20.00 a.m. the 3 pizzas for the children came after repeated memory. 1⁄2 h later the pasta. The ordered salad was asked several times, but the food never arrived. At 21.15 we asked for the bill, and I left the place more hungry than I came. The service was not really impressed by the mismanagement and wanted to offer me a dessert as a substitute. No one was interested in our table. Yes, it could have been a lot, but if the neighboring tables that all have come to us get food before us, or no one is able to bring the ordered salad despite repeated request that all have something to eat, then that is more than uninteresting, so bad I never felt after a restaurant visit Nie again!!!!"

"first of all, I have to praise the absolute customer-friendliness that are so incredibly nice that you can't believe it. you will be treated like a king and that every time. You will also notice to them that they have fun to prepare for us the food and love their job. to eat, there is not much to say except that it is simply absolutely delicious. I recommend to make a detour here every time, because you just have to taste it. the Indian flair refines the atmosphere, so that you can feel like indies, only the Indian music from time to time in the background bothers me, but cannot spoil the appetit. the parking spaces are not so great, as the restaurant is located directly on the main road.Dead to drive on the adjacent lidl parking lot. who is in Indian is right here. who doesn't like Indian, it will love after a visit here!"

"now our home! really great eating especially the rumpsteak and the day recommendations were always top. also highly recommended is the pasta mista. the service was always very good and is very attentive. we always like to return, as well as others, so it is recommended to reserve a few days before the visit."

"That was an expierence!!! I did not imagine that it it even possible to prepare such a huge schnitzel!!! But it is... I can eat a lot so while a family supper I thought: why not? I should have an XXL schnitzel I'll...make it... Hahaha I was wrong. But it was a really nice surprice. To be honest I would be full with my daughter kids schnitzel, I wouldn't manage it to eat my wife regular schnitzel, and mine would satisfy all three of us! Just to sum it up: Very tasty food Enormous portions Reasonable prices I sincerely recomend it"
