"The amavi is strongly oriented towards style very horned . Here is a lot of show (very instagrammable)... apart from the optics isolated disappointing. The ambience in a large room makes acoustics more difficult. With bar in the middle it is quite restless and loud as soon as more guests are there. The appetizer Burrata was so ice-cold as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and the oven tomate was ice-cold, which adversely affects the taste experience. Even if it was visually beautiful, room temperature would have been really necessary for pleasure. The main food the lamb with pistachio crust was good. The supplements cauliflower matched well. The classic Panna Cotta, Tiramisu etc. is available as a dessert selection. It is positive to say that both vegan and vegetarian dishes can be found on the very modern (Italian meets fusion cuisine) menu! The service was okay. You can sit on the terrace outside as well as in the large guest room inside. The toilet was clean. There are free parking on site. The price performance ratio is somehow not right. Unfortunately, it is too expensive for what is offered tastefully and by the service."

"we had chosen a restaurant something outside of göttingen to take in rest with a glass wein and beer something Italian expensive to us.The service was great and good....after our swapped drinks were delivered again. The kalbsschnitzel and schweinemedallion , pulposalat, championsalat, pizza and bruscetta was o.k.Prize performance is right. However, due to the large number of guests, the acupuncture here was a bit "exerting" and a relaxed entertainment was not possible. we felt a bit too loud.In the summer you sit well on the sun terrace and the ambiente.The restaurant operator has two more flilials in the city.Dr. Pirkl-Nolte"

"This restaurant is located on the West side of Angerstraße in the South-West corner of Göttingen city centre. The nearest parking is in the multi-storey car park on the north side of Groner-Tor-Straße, a few minutes' walk away. This is a small and popular restaurant,...so booking is advised. In the summer, the street facade can be opened to provide semi-outside dining for the nearest tables. There is a reasonable choice of both food and drink on the menu. The curries are tasty, but none are authentically hot/spicy as they have been tailored to suit the German palate. Curries come with rice and nan bread and therefore offer good value for money. The staff are friendly and attentive."
