"I was in this place for a business lunch and I have to congratulate for the hospitality and professionalism and then for the kitchen, obviously carried out with the head and with the skills. Typical dishes based on mushrooms including guitar and stuffed dumpling; both pasta seemed fresh and did not leave us any heaviness. the marinated carpaccio slightly at the moment. It seems that there is great care around the ingredient. a food arrangement a little more interesting and the game is done!"

"Great stay! After a long bike ride we were welcomed very warmly at the reception. Our bikes were stored securely and the rooms/bathroom were clean and cosy. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was delicious and authentic. We also had breakfast in the morning which was plenty and according to a bikers needs. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel as we had a great stay and felt welcome. Ask for a room facing the back of the house."

"Abbiamo optato per questo posto un po' per caso e un po' perché di lunedì molti erano chiusi. Ma è stata un'ottima scelta. Il locale, appena fuori dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi e con parcheggio adiacente, offre anche la possibilità di sedersi in veranda e rispecchia l'idea di osteria. Abbiamo iniziato con un paio di bruschette con olio EVO offerte dal proprietario e poi con un antipasto: 5 crostini misti, due varietà di formaggio, una ciotola con della ricotta squisita, una fettina di frittata con verdure, una porzioncina di funghi sott'olio e due assaggi di capocollo e salame. Veramente un ottimo inizio. Abbiamo poi continuato io con la ribollita con cipolla della Val Tiberina (veramente squisita e diversa da come siamo abituati a mangiarla a Firenze) e mia moglie con una tagliata accompagnata da patate al forno. Due bottiglie di acqua e mezzo litro di Sangiovese sfuso. Ci siamo alzati da tavola satolli e molto soddisfatti. Servizio molto cordiale e preciso. Conto nella norma soprattutto considerando la qualità del cibo offerto."
