"beautiful place in the middle of nature and mountain landscapes, clean rooms and quite comfortable. a breakfast we offered a selection of jams made by them and bread, and ppii u cuddureddi of the pancakes of bread, which, following the advice of the owner, we tasted with the jam of roses made by them, phenomenal. fixed menu dinner with cold appetizers of own production: salamino, cassata, pecorino, ricotta worthy of a praise) artichokes i, funghetti and olives, then, hot appetizers: broccoli in batter, bruschette, artichokes in pastella divini) pecorino cheese to the plate. the first were packages with broccoli and ricotta, obviously of own production, obviously spectacular. seconds: delicious mushrooms and another wet meat I didn't taste for exhausting space in the stomach. to finish own production cannolicchi, crispy and tasty, all accompanied by a good local wine and courtesy is nice of the owners and staff."

An hour's drive from Cefalo, but it's worth it! We were only there for lunch on Sunday, but that was excellent. Great antipasti and great primi! The dessert falls off a bit, but you can hardly manage that anyway. Great location and great service!
