"Arrived at the restaurant at 12.20pm with few tables occupied. After the first 20 minutes of waiting we ask a waiter for reasons for the long wait (long because they are usually very fast). He replied that he would have gone to the kitchen to ask but that wasn 't the case and in fact he never returned. The same thing was repeated at 10 minute intervals with 3 other waiters who didn 't give us half a reason for the mix-up, ignoring us completely. After 1 hour of waiting we had to get up to complain to a manager who at least gave us a reason. Then in 3 minutes (timed with the timer) the sandwiches arrived but they were wrong! There were unwanted ingredients present (possible problem for allergies or intolerances) and they were all burnt! Unacceptable behavior from the 4 waiters who, after hearing a customer complain, didn 't care much without giving him a response! Since I paid to be treated like this I don 't think I will ever return to the place again."
