"a visit to the Söldner fair in deutz was up. I would like to strengthen myself near the day before I fall into the suppression of the exhibition. But where? Today there was unfortunately rain and the Rhine and the old town seemed gray and dark. but the hotel cannot do it. the view is already appealing. the tables and chairs are black and this looks noble. on the table is a gray runner, also well selected. the thick opaque elements that keep the glass interrupt the view of the panorama for me something. the ineffective plants as decoration I find something inappropriate, but color they fit well to the picture. Gas room, as the room is open for the rest of the hotel, fragrances come from the kitchen or the buffet of guests who are here probably in many days to the restaurant. Sushi was also given bread. the selection consisted of three varieties and the slices were heated; a little dry. There was a small, slightly salted butter (but well cooled and not spread and olive oil. I wanted to have fed some of them. from the four main courses I made: Filet „MIGNON“, annabelle kartoffelstampf, red Bete-Revolver, Thymianjus the plate looked delicious and also fulfilled my expectations. the meat was perfectly grilled. the three thin bones were even pink in the middle. I have to praise it. the taste was rounded with some salt crystals. also the potato stump was well made with butter and crumbs and delights my palate. red bee, stamp, fillet the sauce had a matching consistency and wounds on the meat quite well. Unfortunately, she testifies to me later (on the measurable slat rust in the mouth and in the galaxy area). but at the table she was right as a companion. the red bete pieces were fine (not soft but little aromatic . at dessert (three candy and once cheese I chose kokoscrème BRÖLÉE, mangocomott, chocolate ice cream. Egg and mango the cream brulee was well prepared and the crust was beautiful pink. in the other ship the ice and the compote shared its place. the chocolate ice cream had small crispy pieces inside that upgraded the dish for me. that was composed; so, um, but could not score with me. Drink the open wine starts at 8.00 Euro per glass.
