"Two-night stay in this hotel that has a wonderful view of the lake. Unfortunately, this is the only positive point I will keep from my stay. Home more than cold and unpleasant. Hotel that has a bar, but when you just want to drink a drink after a day of walking you are told that it is impossible because the restaurant is complete, I still don't understand the report. It's the first time I can't go to the bar in a hotel. Clean room but very soundproofed we hear everything in the nearby rooms. For dinner, the dish cools. With the exception of a very soft and pleasant young server, we were welcomed by people more than unpleasant! Really bad."

Had Alex as our waiter, was a very lovely man, well spoken and was always presented well. The food was delicious and very decently priced with a stunning view to top it off. I called to book a room, simply asking if there was a time limit to cancel it due to the last minute engagement, not only did they respond badly, but they also hung my phone in the face. Perhaps to say that we are deleting in tot days next time could lead to a better dialogue. If he had made me finish talking, maybe I would have explained and asked more. Very rude.
