"Put order in while passing. Was told 30 mins to wait there or 1hr delivery so thought great gives time to put kids to bed. 2 hours later and numerous calls even and still no food. Was told 30 mins ago it was on its way. We are just down the hill from Whitburn so clearly a lie. My food tasted ok as not hot just look warm however wife has salt and pepper chips with batter and salt and pepper chicken. Both soggy and did not taste good at all. Won’t be rushing back after this! Had a similar experience 2 years ago and it was 18 months before we considered them again won’t be making that mistake again."
