I really enjoyed my visit to GK. I was delighted by the charming members of staff and a special thanks to Jack for doing the most!

After attending the show, we decided to grab a bite to eat at this place. We were blown away by the 5-star food and service experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff required customers to order their drinks from the bar. Upon ordering a drink at the bar, the staff members add a service charge to each customer's bill (without notifying the customers) and then refuse to remove it. Very deceitful organisation. AVOID WHEN IN NORTH GREENWICH.

I stopped by this restaurant for a drink while in the area. When we arrived, a young server gestured for us to sit at a table and then threw the menu at us. She proceeded to make faces while her colleagues stood around vaping. This behavior was so off-putting that we decided to leave without ordering anything. It was a truly unique and disappointing experience at a restaurant bar. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has been treated poorly here, so I won't be taking it personally. I definitely won't be returning. View menu

So let me start with the staff sam alex and jade are up for banter and a laugh, the drinks we ordered multipe from beere coctails and shots are decent , however please be aware that when ordering a shot you specify single or double otherwise the automatically charge you double , when queried with jade we were told that nost people order double so they automatically charge double even if tou dont specify for example , disarono and cone please is charged as double. Other then that the place is decent and a little hidden gem. I really wanted to give this place a 5 star but due to that scam i couldnt go hogher then a 2.

Been to GK a few times now, but today is my last. The 2 guys at the bar had poor customer service skills. I had my hand on a menu without realising and because one the bar members was cleaning at the time, the menu was snatch from hand (note: my hand was resting face down on the menu at the bar) If you are going to use premixed juice like the one for a Pina Colada which cost around £3 to £4 per carton then do it in the sly so that the customers doesn’t see. It's honestly rare that I get to partake in such a well presented establishment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a waiter immediately, led to a table and presented with a menu. Now that may not seem out of the ordinary, but the waiter's eagerness to please and satisfy the customer did not go unnoticed. I gave myself a hot minute to look through the menu before I made my decision. The waiter noticed when I was done and I didn't even have to call him over.
