For at least 9 years that I've been on lyon, this two michelin stars has the best value I've ever seen for a wing of this level on Lyon.There's no surprises about the quality at the height of its rank, and agreablissim moment that we're at two or even with two anifers (4 and 8 years). if there was something to say at our last passage: attention was not to be exceeded at the time of the cheese: one wagon for the whole restaurant. We have taken advantage of a gift card offered by our children and we have had a very good time.Pateau cake and bean advocates and greedy peas, full of sheep with fresh mint followed by dose of line bar cooked on the skin, Lyon cinnamon and chops of candy,chipiron just seized. In dessert, crispy tile, lemon and raspberry cream, lemon sorbet for one and badian pineapple carpaccio, coconut dacquoise, passion sorbet and potato tile for the other.
