"Really authentic and with absolutely none of the chain pub fittings or menus. Could be straight out of a film set for untouched genuine pubs. Limited seating but no one minded squeezing in where they could and everyone really good humoured. Seen mentions of delays in service, but then realise I think only one very brave chef in the kitchen providing a full three course service for the whole pub. Service is well intentioned and happy to take orders from tables of ten. Food is fine but do remember the pricing is amazing value for money."

Lovely little pub in a great location overlooking the Dee estuary, lovely beer garden which has recently been extended to the side and rear of pub.

This is the best pint I have ever had, and I've had quite a few. The plum porter is amazing, and the Timothy Taylor's isn't too shabby either. It's a great place to meet up with friends on a bike. Keep up the good work, great British pub! View menu

Pretty quiet on this visit. Nice views across the estuary and plenty or outdoor seating for those sunny days. Not eaten here but would make a nice fuel stop if you're walking or biking. Good range of cask ale offerings in good condition. Pleasant staff.

Love this place. Food is brill with a great choice. Its very popular with real ale drinkers and due to its location right on the Dee marsh its popular with walkers and cyclists. There is a great outdoor area with marvellous views across to Wales. Would highly recommend it.

We popped in after a lovely evening walk along the cycle path to Burton. This charming place was incredibly busy but the staff were so helpful and efficient. The curry was home made and delicious and despite the busy teatime period it wasn’t too long to wait long enough to enjoy a couple of different ales that were on offer. Curry and a pint £6 we will most certainly be returning View menu

This charming pub is small but very quaint and cute. They offer a nice selection of alcohol at affordable prices. There is parking available at the front and near the marshes, just a 2 minute walk away. The back garden has tables and a large tent/marquee with additional seating. There are also tables at the front overlooking the marshes with a lovely view. They accept card payments and the staff are friendly. Additionally, this pub is dog friendly.

A lovely homely pub with a great location nestling just yards from the Neston beach now grassed over. A nice selection of real ales on offer, beautifully served. A good range of simple meals and desserts. Excellent toilets very clean and well maintained, an example to all drinking establishments. Three outdoor seating locations, by the front door, on the grass verge overlooking the Dee, or in the well kept beer garden. Wish it was my local. Brilliant place well worth the difficulty of finding it. 19 Quayside, Little Neston. CH64 0TB.
