have been there several times and have tried the lunch card and the evening card. an extremely good kitchen, price-quality ratio more than appropriate to what they are served. great portions, excellent meat, well seasoned, etc!. also a very friendly service that is also very competent. they come back very, very happy, so they make it really happy!

Ein neues Restaurant in Greven! Das ist selten! In einem behutsam restauriertem Kleinod von Haus mit alter Tradition wurden wir zum preiswerteren schmackhaften Mittagstisch, aber auch abends zum aufwändigen und exquisiten Abendmenü freundlich bedient und aufmerksam umsorgt. Hoffentlich kann das Niveau gehalten werden, dass wir jetzt bei drei besuchen genießen konnten

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Harveys und sind beide Male sehr zufrieden gewesen. Schönes Ambiente, gute kleine und wöchentlich wechselnde Karte. Diese Woche u.a. mit gerösteten Jacobsmuscheln an Rote Beet-Püree als Vorspeise und in Barolo geschmorter Lammhaxe als Hauptgericht - meine beiden Favoriten, bei denen das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zudem sehr gut war. we were there in the evening for dinner. the foods were freshly prepared, beautifully dressed and very tasty! the service was friendly and attentive. also the atmosphere was very harmonious and pleasant with not too loud music in the background. because the menu changes monthly, it remains exciting and varied. for two appetizers, 2 main dishes, 1 dessert and drinks we pay approx. 66€. I find absolutely fine, especially as the portions are very large. we are very happy to come back.

Overall, I am disappointed by the supposedly best restaurant in the city. As a small company of 16 people we were allowed to sit on two 8 tables in the basement. It was asked for drinks without seeing or receiving the beverage card. An overview of the offer would have been nice without reloading you. As an appetizer there was a pumpkin soup placed in a boule. Here the thumbs of the bar reached the inner edge and there was soup contact with the thumbs. A lower plate or a portion with two hands would have been hygienic and more appealing. The main courses offered were solid. I have no reason to go back to dinner. The PLV ratio is appropriate.

Vorweg: Ich habe bislang nur das Café genutzt, weswegen sich meine Bewertung nur darauf bezieht. Das Harveys überzeugt mit einem modernen Ambiente, fernab jeglicher Cafés, welche (für Greven leider üblich) an eine Bäckerei gebunden sind. Das Kellergewölbe bietet besonders abends eine romantische Atmosphäre! Oftmals wird Loungemusik im Hintergrund gespielt. Der Chef strahlt eine besondere Kundenfreundlichkeit aus und geht auch auf "Extra-Wünsche" ein. Das Getränke-Sortiment ist ausreichend und beim Kaffee sehr wichtig- vor allem lecker.
