our first visit to the house hiesfeld was not the last. we like to come back. friendly and attentive staff, a good card and even better: dine in very good quality. as an appetizer, I had the lukewarm beef carpaccio with fluous crabs in senfsauce. a dense . also the pearl breast on tagliolini with truffle was the hammer. we felt very comfortable.
