One of the few places that starts at for a breakfast. Everything about it is so right. Highly recommended.

Great late breakfast in a cosy living room like atmosphere, good choice of local produce excellent bread , cheese and ham.

We had a great experience at Heimisch. Good breakfast, fresh produce, great juice, nice toppings... it made us happy! A must do in Cologne!

Was recommended to come here by the owner of the Airbnb where I was staying. I was not disappointed. The coffee was excellent and the selection of food vast. Vegan, vegetarian and for animal eaters -they had it all. Great atmosphere and friendly staff too

Very slow service. They also somehow think they are better then anyone else and if you accidently ask for orange juice, don‘t even try. Because not only that they don‘t have it, which is fine, but they will look down on you like you asked...for a pig on a stick in a vegetarian restaurant. View menu

I went there times before to write this review to be sure, its not just a coincidence. Everytime unfriendly personal, forget to bring sugar for cafe (i asked myself, was not even offered) and i waited till it become cold. Food was ok but...to expensive for its quality. To much fems with dogs and tattoo, strange visitors, personal with dirty hairs *womit*

My husband found this little gem of a cafe and it was a great place to warm up and refuel after a long, soggy walk along the Rhein. There were plenty of options for me as a vegan and we were thrilled to see they...have oat milk as a non-dairy alternative. The service was friendly and helpful-I would most definitely recommend this spot for brunch or Kaffee und Kuchen. It's super close to the Deutzer Freiheit tram stop too.

Friend that live in Köln took my boyfriend and myself to Heimisch for breakfast. I got a great coffee and some of the best breakfast! The meats and cheeses were fresh and tasty. You can choose the breads you want from the breadbox, so it...can be personalized. My person breakfast spread came with fresh presses juice, which was delicious!! I wish I could take this whole place back to NY with me, because I would be there daily for breakfast. View menu
