do not go and above all do not take the cutting board! typical local for tourists, a mirror for allodoli. the only place in Tuscany where on the cutting board you will find hazelnuts, fries and salami of the discount. Bad.

characteristic place inside a court, with tables both inside and outside on the courtyard square. I tried a typical pisano dish, the cuttlefish with the bietes, and I must say they were really good! good also the ragù di chianina and the beans to the pisana, I recommend it!

small but welcoming, friendly owners and attentive to the needs of the customer contribute to a fabulous Tuscan culinary experience. we had the opportunity to dine here last night, as soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and seated, once ordered, the food arrived in 15/20 minutes. the first were pappardelle to the ragù of porcelain, the pasta was cooked at the right point and the goose ragù would say altogether that I expected a little more. but where they went beyond was the second. fillet with caramelized onions absolutely a 10, the melted meat in the mouth, the contrast with caramelized onions was the top, I think I can safely say one of the best fillets ever eaten.
