"Da es im Holiday Express Hotel in Schwabach kein Restaurant gibt, war ich abends im nahegelegenen Gasthof essen, Stroganof mit Nudeln. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Die Bedienung war sehr effizient und rasch. Es gibt auch Zimmer im Gasthof, die ich zwar nicht gesehen habe, aber das nächste Mal werde ich gleich im Gasthof Raab buchen statt im Holiday Express, dann brauche ich nicht erst mit dem Auto zum Abendessen."

In occasione di una fiera a Norimberga abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. L'ambiente è quello classico dei ristoranti tipici tedeschi ma sono rimasto sorpreso dalla precisione del servizio e dalla pulizia dei locali. Ovviamente la carne la fa da padrona ma devo dire che il filetto era tenerissimo. Per chi preferisce il pesce si deve accontentare di quello di lago. I prezzi sono nella media ma sicuramente meno cari che a Norimberga città.
