Unfortunately, they didn 't have any taste here either. There was no sauce with it. Some of the veal livers were good and others tough. The regionality of the products is pointed out both on the website and in the restaurant. The fact that this goes hand in hand with slightly higher prices is self explanatory in my view and quite okay. But if I 'm served regional food that is only processed and not prepared in an original way (which is what gastronomy is all about , the price is no longer justified. We had an outside Terasse Fondue, with warm blankets, thermo and thick pullovers! The fondue was excellent with Appenzeller Cheese, also Potatoes (not typically)... Price of 29 SFr per Person is fair!
