Opening hours are from Di-So from 12-14 and 17.30-21. The food is very good, I recommend the bathroom kitchen.

I've eaten here a few times, and I've been thrilled with food every time. The service is always beautiful and also enjoys additional requests. The food is really worth his money.

Very delicious food. The portions are worth their money. The staff is very friendly and also in October 2022 the tables are at a distance from each other and the staff serves with mask.

We ate here twice in our four night stay. The staff are great and very welcoming of the English, they have an translated menu and the food is good. Great atmosphere and clearly a popular place. We would consider staying at the hotel.

Not a thing to fault and would recommend this over the several other restaurants we looked at in Kirchzarten and Freiburg. The restaurant is warm and welcoming for a fun night out.

In the middle of the fussweg is the KirchvartenHotel and Resturant Fortuna. An excellent menue with numerous choices including 2 or 3 nightly specials with soup, salad and desert for about 16€. Food quality and presentation were outstanding. I had a pfier lingerie special and my wife had the Jagerschnitzel. A 1/4ltr red wine at 4.50€ our total bill was 32.50€, We enjoyed our dinner so much ewe returned a second time and found it to be even better than before.

We have made a trip with the very normal bus from Hinterzarten through the white snowy high-black forest landscape to Kirchzarten and have reached the restaurant Fortuna in the center of Kirchzarten; because we didn't want to know so much in this place and also didn't want to look great, we have arrived in the Fortuna.
