"Questa recensione, è la risposta alla precedente di tre giorni fa, del sig. C.C., visto che sono impossibilitato a risponderle direttamente sotto la sua recensione. Mi volevo complimentare con lei, perché, è molto bravo a modificare, cancellare (togliendo così anche le mie risposte scomode), e riscrivere a suo piacimento le recensioni, non dandomi la possibilità di rispondere. Le ribadisco, anche se mi ero ripromesso di non risponderle più, perché le ripeto ancora una volta come libero professionista/commerciante e non da dipendente pubblico …………, che nel mio locale ho agito e continuerò a farlo, applicando scrupolosamente le norme previste dalla legislazione Italiana a tutela della salute dei cittadini, dei miei clienti, dei miei collaboratori, e della mia tutela, con decreto – legge n° 105 del 23/07/2021. Norme che se si vuole mangiare all’interno di un locale, si deve avere la certificazione verde covid-19 “CERTIFICAZIONE DI VACCIONO” con QR code, valido 270 gg. dalla data dell’ultima somministrazione, o con il certificato verde covid-19 “CERTIFICAZIONE DI TAMPONE” sempre con QR code, valido 48 ore d'ora del prelievo del tampone. Rispondo anche, alle sue allusioni. Nessuno mai ha detto che il suo tampone era falso, ma le abbiamo chiesto solo se aveva il QR, alla sua risposta negativa, non potendolo controllare perché senza QR la validità, è stato quindi fatto accomodare all'esterno per consumare il pasto, che dovrebbe ringraziare visto che erano le 14,30 e la cucina era chiusa. Invece ora sono qui a giustificarmi per un controllo che spetterebbe allo stato e non certo a noi ristoratori, il quale ci ha portato anche molti problemi logistici. Comunque se ha voglia, ne possiamo parlare tranquillamente a voce, visto che lei è speso in zona. Grazie"

"today I could appreciate the flavors and the smell of dishes cooked to perfection , I think there is behind so much passion and heart, unique flavors !!! I will never forget the taste and crispness of the bread to the olives served still warm, excellent value for money. I thank with heart the cook from the hands of gold lady patrizia and the brown husband who with patience and professionalism he fulfills every request accompanied by kind words. I'll be back soon for lunches and I recommend it to all the gourmets . thank you very much patrizia"

"Nestled in the hills about an hour outside of Rome, where you will find this charming family restaurant serving freshly made pastas, homemade cheese and cured meat, and so much more. My sister and I were brought to this place by a local guide during a private olive oil tour and he really could not have found a better place from the tourist beaten path. Every single bite that went into our mouth was absolutely delicious... that was really one of the meals I had in Italy. We started with a selection of fresh mozzarella cheese before we put on an extensive meat and cheese board, which has a selection of items I still dream about. It was one of the best laundry boards I ever enjoyed, and our guide informed us that the meat and most of the cheeses were all made in the house. There was an amazing bloodworm that was from this world. (the family also owns a sheep farm near the estate Next were two melts in your mouth pasta dishes that receive two thumbs from me. We somehow managed to get enough space for dessert that consisted of Tiramisu and a Pana Cotta with this amazing pistachio cream that was for to die. Luckily, the restaurant also offers a small walk of local food (pasta, olive oil, etc., which you can buy and you think best that I have bought a glass of pistachio cream to take home. We left this lunch so full that we didn't even disturb dinner at night. If you find yourself in this neck of the forest, you should be sure to stop because you are not disappointed (or hungry)."

"Vegane e vegani della Sabina unitevi! Se ancora non avete provato la Vegg orientale della Taverna, dovete rimediare. L 'impasto è frutto della sapiente arte tavernicola, con un pizzico di innovazione. Buona, particolare, si digerisce in un attimo. Speriamo di trovare sempre almeno un 'opzione vegan nel menù. In Sabina, vale triplo! Bravi Vegetarian options: Presenti opzioni vegetariane, e anche opzioni vegan nel menù pizza. Parking: I posti sono molto limitati, ma il paese è piccolo, qualcosa si trova at walking distance"

"At the foot of the abbey of Farfa 10 minutes by car, we discover this farm, and it is a real surprise. A real farm, a farm that offers in a family and warm environment a simple kitchen, but equally genuine and abundant... very abundant! Don't wait for the menu. You need what's right here... I don't think you can eat everything. From appetizer with grilled eggplants, to bruschetta to broccoletti, ricotta and pecorino, mixed slices, beans with sauce and cheek, stuffed mushrooms. , Broccoli fritti ....and a margherita pizza I didn't understand much the combination...but it's there; so a crazy gricia!!!! We surrendered here...but the second potato and meat is packed in a package to bring home great idea... I express zero . Finally two pieces of cake, coffee and grappa.... All 25 euros per person, water and wine included. The staff is kind and welcomed us in an informal and special environment. A real surprise. Recommended!!! Ps. Open only Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch. Large parking and pets included"
