"My daughter and I, in the last few weeks, have bought closets that we planned alone. Since we had a mistake in planning we had to order furniture feet. Delivery of the feet to Koblenz was not possible, so we took 1 hour of driving time to pick up the reserved feet there. On site we were told that only 3 pairs of feet were there, instead of the ordered 7 pairs, but after consultation with the head of the department we were sent home after 3 days the previously paid just comment was credited to us. Quite differently our Ikea in Koblenz, after having delivered a total of 4 meter Pax cabinets with indoor life with online planning, we first had a problem with construction. After we complained by phone on Saturdays, the call center staff was not exactly friendly in accepting it would be a planning error, we were immediately called by an employee from Koblenz from Paxplanung, who immediately helped us very friendly and competently with our problem. For the sake of security, we would then be again in Koblenz on Tuesday to look at the construction of the cabinets on site and by chance we met on the very beds staff, who still had an open ear for u s despite his just begun evening. Today 8 days later we returned parts that we did not need Koblenz and there the employee was great."

it does not really reveal why if I bought a Billy shelf at the ikea in koblenz, I have to go to cum to buy two additional shelves because it was not possible for a year in coblenz.

Ikea Koblenz was great...Isn't it all? Since there were new bosses, everything went down the brook. Artificial if they want and introduce those who know the etc. Wife husband, always preferred! Most of the team leaders all lied to the employees. But pretend they are a family-friendly company. View menu

I can only guess from Click and Collect! I received a pick-up time between 17 and 18:00. I've been waiting for a total of two hours. You pay 10€ for this! I chose Click and Collect because I thought it would go faster. But the service was miserable, at the end 20 people stood before and not one employee came in half an hour.

I would like to rate the Hotdog issue here. We, my son and I just bought hot dogs. Of course, I understand that it is not possible by Corona to prove it yourself. But as EKELHAFT proves, I didn't want to eat them. The different sauces are kind of stuck on one side, that all this goes out and is no longer at all. Then the roasted onions and the cucumbers are still thrown on. Appetite is different. I'm not gonna eat hot dogs at Ikea Koblenz this time. It's a shame. With a little more pleasure at work it would have been more delicious.

Hello, after having so many negative experiences in this store within a year, I have to get some air. From rude to unhappy employees when supplying goods to the employee who refuses to say their name on the phone after it became clear that they did not tell the truth and then simply imposed. We apologize for not having any kitchen we ordered in January. Times can be difficult, but a bit polite, if not a goodness, and the judgment should be held. Perhaps more intensive training of employees in terms of their expertise would be helpful. As a long-term customer, I now agree with IKEA. View menu

After an online scheduled appointment, we wanted to rework our kitchens that we created at home with the Ikea kitchen planner. The kitchen planner brought me to despair several times and just order was too hot for us. Therefore, the consultancy appointment in Corona times. At 8 a.m., we were picked up by an employee at the incoming staff and led through the humane business. We can still watch the decors, taps, clubs, etc. live and in color. The advice truly professionally competent and supernett. Thank you, Mrs Becker, we were more than satisfied. But Ikea, maybe you should give your employees more time for such complex advice. If we had not been so well prepared and Mrs Becker would not have...

Today I had an interesting encounter with a seller at IKEA in Koblenz. My husband and I were looking for a new sink and were able to arrange one for our cabinet quite quickly. My husband always looks like there are no surprises at home during assembly. Since we were not sure whether they had to be screwed to the wall or simply put on, we wanted to ask. No problem, there are professional sellers in any business. I was a bit faster than my husband, and I was able to raise a salesman. I told him I had a question about installing a sink. His answer: “Yes, if you have no idea, you get a craftsman.” I meant we were pretty handmade, but we had a general assembly question. He again “If you can, you...

"We visited this restaurant on Sunday afternoon in 23 August 2015. Because of the unusual number of bees this summer and because the sky looked overcast; we debated whether to sit inside or outside. We finally decided to eat outside and it did not rain...and we only saw one bee during our meal. We did not make a reservation prior to our visit. However, luckily we found a table still available outside when we arrived. The kitchen specializes in German Cuisine. The Menu is a limited Menu with fixed plates. The Menu was easy to read and understand. Plus, salads, soups, and fish plates (for vegetarians) are also available. The Menu also has dishes for those with a small (seniors) or big appetites and meals for children. Prices are average; food portions are average and fair. The Menu is also available in the entrance to the passage way to the restaurant. Also, in the Hof Biergarten there are several black boards on the wall with meal specials posted. When our Menus arrived, we ordered our drinks at the same time. Our drinks came relatively quickly and they were nice and cold (with ice – which was nice on a hot day). And, our drinks came before our food arrived, as it should be. Also, we did NOT have to play the drink game; where someone else brings your drinks and then asks you again, who ordered what. We did however have to play this game at the end of our meal, when my partner ordered coffee. Also, here they serve Pepsi not Coke, if that matters to you. I can drink both. Shortly after we ordered our drinks, we were served some bread in a small turn-down paper bag with paprika butter. The small brown bag was a novel idea, but when the bread was gone, the bag started to blow away from the wind. I had to grab it and weight it down with something on the table. So, brown bag for the bread novel idea but not such a good idea. Our mixed salads were served fresh with a great salad dressing. Both side salads were served at the same time and before our main entrée, as it should be. Plus, our food came quickly, but the negative was that our entrées came before we were done with our salads; not ideal. Another novel but functioning idea, was that our food and drink orders were taken at the table by our waitress with a computerized order system that immediately communicated our order to the kitchen. Plus, we noticed that the waiters and waitresses wore a simple uniform of a checkered green shirts and jeans, giving them a professional look. I ordered the Schnitzel vom Schweinerücken, with sliced fried potatoes, (not French fries so substitutions are possible) und Salätchen for 11,90 Euro, which came with 2 large pieces of Schnitzel. My partner ordered the Gebratene Hähnchenbrust, mit Champignonrahmsoße, Pommes und Salätchen for 12,90 Euro. I tried my partner’s Gebratene Hähnchenbrust and therefore, I can recommend both dishes as delicious. Both meals were from fresh meat, served hot, and as we had ordered them. However, I noticed that another guest had a lot more French fries than my partner; I suggest this restaurant either establish a standard or review their current standard portion of fries, to provide consistency. While neither my partner nor I were offered ketchup or mayonnaise for our potatoes, we did not ask for any either. The restaurant’s outside area is divided into 3 sitting areas. The outside tables and chairs are sturdy. The outside decorations are simple in an old fashion brown wood motif with wooden tables, wooden chairs, wooden bench, a large wooden barrel, and black boards on the wall with specials posted on them. From the outside tables one sits in a pleasant garden atmosphere with live plants, bushes, and trees. The outside tables are simply decorated, with: no table cloth, salt and pepper dispensers, coasters, ash tray, and paper napkins (which I prefer) with silverware in a pitcher. The outside area is roomy and well organized concerning space and the tables are nicely spaced with room between them for people to move about within the Hof Biergarten without having to disturb other customers and even with the tables full; it is not chair back on chair back. There are mostly tables for 2 that can be place together for groups of 4, 6, 8, or 12 people. So, by moving the tables and chairs together, if necessary, it would be a great place for a special occasion or a big group. Sun umbrellas covering the outside tables and each umbrella had a light underneath. I was not inside the restaurant during this visit, so I can NOT review anything about the inside of the restaurant Because the restaurant lies back from the fussgangerweg, the noise level from the street is greatly reduced and the Biergarten is quiet. It is a shame that the restaurant does not have background music playing outside. Unfortunately, the three negatives about sitting outside 1) are from some of the tables there is a view of a trash container, but the area around the trash container was clean, 2) are the smokers, but better having the smokers outside than inside and 3) is the passage way and the terrace floor was not 100% clean, with some cigarette butts and some paper trash on the ground. As the waitress picked up our empty plates, she did ask if everything was OK. Then my partner ordered a coffee and when she returned we played the drink game. When my partner was finished with her coffee, we paid our bill, received the correct change, gave the waitress her tip and left for home. This restaurant does not have it own parking lot and therefore one has to go hunting for a parking space on a side street and pay for parking. There is a city parking lot about 100 meters from the restaurant that is often full. However, we luckily found a parking space here and because it was Sunday, it did not cost to park. Disabled access: The negative is that disable persons must find a parking space on a side street, at least 100 meters away. However, once in the fussgangerweg the passage to the Biergarten and the Biergarten itself are both on the same level. While disables persons can easily reach the outside eating areas, the access to the restaurant inside, due to the two steps up before the restaurant entrance, is not as easy. Outside chairs can be removed to provide wheelchair access to the outside tables. This restaurant has its own Internet page. This Internet page has lots of information on it, such as the address, telephone number, opening hours, email contact information, photos, special offers, special events, and an On-line Drink and Food Menus. But it is only in German. Summary: Based on friendliness, taste, price, service, and atmosphere, my overall rating for this restaurant is a high recommendation. We will be back."
