"The furniture store is basically fine. What's not going on is the fact that you don't get bottled drinks in the restaurant an hour before the evening. Only the drinks that taste for radioactive water, but not after what's on it. Then for dinner... The salmon fillet went back. There was no more lemon!!! Since the food had to take dry from above, we went to a real restaurant. The cash register system... There's a new system now. Where you pay with an app. Until last week everyone could scan the articles and then pay by EC. Today, an employee stood here and pointed to the normal cash registers. There were around 20-30 customers. The SB cups were also overrun. It seems to me that I still have to correct the two stars on a star. IKEA's fast cash register system owes."

Totally unfriendly staff. Since the introduction of the “mask duty” a place that is quite to avoid. Respectless behavior towards customers!

For 5 weeks, I have been waiting to be able to collect my Click and Collect articles, although they are supposed to be in stock. There are only 2 small articles, so not necessarily much effort for Ikea. The money was debited immediately.

Extremely bad customer service all around. The staff behave as if their customers are pests or wayward subordinates. Staff are consistently avoidant, unknowledgeable, unhelpful unmotivated. I strongly suggest avoiding IKEA Köln-Butzweilerhof.

Today 01.04.2023 I was in the restaurant with my children. Since I was in line with my son who is in the role. Has the kindness and attention of Hr. Alesandro particularly impressed me. I would like to thank you on the way for this and wish that there were such good and warm people. View menu

The store is a disaster. Goods ordered by forwarding, they already paid. For weeks, none of them belonged. Then finally get a delivery date to say. This was not held. After 4 weeks still no goods and no one reacts to calls, emails etc. Never order anything by delivery in this market anymore.

Kitchen Delivery with one year delay disassembly after 30 min broken off because the shut-off valve apparently was defective and water could not be shut off. 75% extra costs were charged 650 euro. The Monteuer said the supplied kitchen wouldn't fit anyway. Kitchen returned. total 1000 euro loss without new kitchen.

It is very large and also an experience for large and small .be in the restaurant there is also a lot of choice and the children can play where the parents eat .what is only disturbing are the unfriendly employees. You don't even dare to ask something, because they always look so charming. So we go back when most employees are not so friendly. View menu

With its large parking lot and its huge offer, the Ikea market has already played its advantages. The market is actually too confusing for my requirements. If you are older, you often have to limit yourself to your path. This is not possible here. It is run over 2 floors through all departments, often only for one or two small things. I also want to get in with the cash registers and buy something for a short time, but unfortunately the staff is blocked. So more for young, lauffy pupils.

I am very happy with the Ikea staff always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't have to make so good experiences today in front of the branch! Because of the Corona crisis, you have to wait and keep your distance! But that the security service treats you as if you want to snore is now incomprehensible!I do not wait before the store because I get something for nothing but because I want to leave my money there!I am a customer and also want to be treated like this! Best regards Galanidis

"In a 5-day stay in Cologne and as a lover of Indian cuisine, we had planned the Ginti. The visit took place on Monday to the beginning of noon. The reception was very friendly and cordial by the Lord of the House. The decor in Ginti is very modern, stylish, but also somewhat sterile and only very discreet supplements with Indian accessories. Young guests will probably find favors in the style of the institution. The place was still empty and so there was a chance to get a brief conversation with the mistress of the house. She brought us the menus, and there were Papadam with three from a culinary point of view pretty boring finished dives. We chose both a mango sauce as a drink that was thin and most likely prepared on the basis of a mango powder. Disgusting! I ordered as main dish Malai Kofta, vegetable balls in a mild curry sauce with ginger, garlic, almonds and coconut. This is not only one of my favorite Indian dishes, but it is also a dish that places higher requirements on a kitchen and therefore cannot be found in any Indian restaurant on the menu. In addition, quality and freshness can be well valued with this bowl. I ordered this dish with a higher sharpness, but not through the sauce, but ultimately through the vegetable balls themselves. The latter were produced excellently and their loose inner composition had the freshness of the preparation felt. This was undoubtedly a 5-star court. My accompaniment had opted for Tandoori King Prawn Masala, marinated royal cloves from Tandoor in a sauce with tomatoes, cashew nuts and raisins. This dish was also very tasty, rather mild and very generous in the number of shrimps. The rice was served unfavorably on an open bowl and had to measure any fragrance and aroma that could originate from cardamom capsules or spice cloves. After the main dishes were convinced, we were curious about the Indian ice cream, Kulfi. This came visually well over a carrot cut into slices, but could not be along tasteful. It was crystallized, little creamy and the aromas of the aforementioned mango powder were reappeared. Conclusion: a highly recommended Indian restaurant due to the excellent main dishes, but not yet matured in its culinary periphery. Therefore, provisionally three stars with an inclination to four."
