"Together with 3 friends, we booked lunch at this restaurant on a Monday, as our favourite restaurant, Rio Barbaira, is closed on Mondays. We chose a set menu at 28,50 euros which included a choice of antipasti, pasta, main course and dessert. The waitress asked us if we wanted still or sparkling water and whether a local red wine would be acceptable. We were never shown a wine list or informed of any prices for wine and water. We assumed these were included in the set menu (as they are at the Rio Barbaira) and were surprised to discover they were in fact extra charges on the bill, as was the coffee. (At the Rio Barbaira, you get a welcome cocktail, bottled water, wine, coffee and Limoncello all included in the set menu but, they are closed on Mondays). The owner served some Limoncello to another table with their coffee and then put the carafe containing the rest of the Limoncello on our table while we were still on the first course! Needless to say, we didn't touch it as it was no longer chilled by the time we ended our meal. Sitting on the terrace we were constantly disturbed by flies. As a last straw, when the bill arrived, we tried to pay by credit card only to be told they did not accept credit cards!! This was never mentioned when we arrived nor was it displayed anywhere! We had to scrape together the cash between us, much to my embarrassment. The only good thing to say about this restaurant is that the food is good and they are open on Mondays. The service however leaves much to be desired, so, needless to say, we did not leave a tip!"

Ate here twice. The gnocci was the best I had all holiday and the herb ravioli was also wonderful. Staff and service excellent, very reasonably priced.

food to say nothing. Very well, especially meat. we had menus in several services. beautiful view on the terrace. a long service, champagne, water, everything was hot. no ice cubes, ice tea glasses in stock only then a coca and nothing else. Ice perfumes only. we were and the restaurant had understood that we were only sent because it had not planned but did not announce it to us! we waited for more minutes to replace missing entries with two pasta plates with tomato sauce.

Having lunch for the 5th time (every year) and the fact that we stay in Ste Maxime, France, it should be a very good restaurant and yes it is! No complaints about the service. The owner speaks Italian and French and the staff is friendly, fast and helpful. The red house wine has got a very good price quality value. The food is tasty, fresh and home made. I like the pasta. Also the rabbit is delicious and do not forget the big wooden plate with gambas! Fantastic surrounding and the combination with Sanremo makes it worth to drive to this hidden place right in the hills. No credit cards, only cash, but no problem because the prices are very acceptable! See you in 2017!!

As some people stated before, they work without a menu. The chef just comes to the table and proposes some courses that already seem appealing while he talks about them. We were traveling with two adults and a little girl who's very demanding. The adults took the menu the chef proposed. Even if we didn't know exactly what it would be. Specialy for the little girl the chef made spaghetti bolognese/ragu. We received a tasteful appetizer, brandade with fish. And then the first dishes arrived!!! Just wonderful!!! The ravioli were delicious!!! Filled with spinach and a nice homemade tomato sauce they melted in our mouth! The spaghetti also were one of the best we ever ate. It was a nice serving an... Went for lunch with my wife and ordered ravioli with rabbit. Was dissapointed by the fact that there was practically no rabbit in the ravioli (i actually thought they had brought the ravioli with herbes) and when i mentioned this to the waiter he said this was normal as there's very little rabbit in the ravioli. I was then confronted by the owner who very arrogantly again explained this is the way they're meant to be. He never gave me the opportunity to explain myself and just went back to the kitchen. The chef then came out offering me another plate of ravioli which I declined as I was full and all I wanted was the bill so i could leave. Again, with a terrible attitude, I was told I was the...

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant on the last night of our vacation in Liguria. The restaurant is situated at a great peaceful location with a stunning view on the Ligurian alps. We were welcomed with a nice aperitif and the chef told to us what was on the menu at our table: a starter of octopus with potatoes, then a butter and sage ravioli (which is a signature dish of this region, but this was -by far- the best we ate, freshly made and very creamy), then perfectly grilled rabbit and beef and as a dessert we had a trio of panna cotta, strawberries with ice-cream and tiramisu. This all accompanied by a carafe of white wine. Afterwards we even got a digestif (which we kindly reclined, b...
