"martin, the owner of the goat's maison is kind, professional, very helpful and welcoming. the premises are located in a building complex with internal court and excellently isolated from the outside noises. the staff is always present and available and contributes to making the stay comfortable. the studio, equipped with wifi network, is bright, functionally furnished, thermally independent and equipped with air conditioning, with an excellently equipped kitchen corner with all appliances. the hygienic service is aerated and illuminated by an automated skylight. in adiacenza at the entrance of the door of the structure there is the restaurant the capestrano that offers a variety of excellent typical dishes of Abruzzo, most of which are elaborated artisanally and with ingredients exclusively from the land of Abruzzo. highly recommended."

the place is not exactly central but the first meter is not at sidereal distance (1.7 km.) the property is well maintained, the apartment ordered, provided and clean, and friendly and helpful staff.

I recently had dinner at the goat. cozy and staff extremely nice. kitchen: all delicious, very delicate ventrine, well made soups, and excellent choice of wines. Overall nothing to exceed the quality of food and service. in this profile it was a great experience in the food Abruzzo account left me puzzled, I found it excessive for what we had eaten. I suggest we review the prices.

the aspects that struck me most during the short stay at the property were the care and attention to the customer who reflect in the details of the studio, spacious and furnished with goto and simplicity. Moreover the presence of the skylights is suggestive and makes the environment incredibly bright. the reception of martin was friendly and professional, although very at hand and friendly. b View menu

a well-kept environment that well accords the kitchen of once with the refinement of forms. excellent cuisine, both for the performance of the dishes and for the punctuality and simultaneity with which they are served. Friendly and prepared staff. A charming and very careful grill. Perhaps a bit too much wait before the start of the service, then once “turn the tour” the times were perfect. Recommended.

I stayed three days at the goat's maid. I was welcomed by martin who was very kind as his whole family. the apartment is new and clean and all the services you need are offered. just outside the entrance there is the restaurant with specialties from Abruzzo always managed by the family .the cuisine is great, I would say super with a wide choice of dishes and wines. If I had to go back to Milan, I'd definitely come back. congratulations and thanks for everything. from

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
