"a very nice place, attention to details in a palace with unmistakable charm. an indisputably invoking premise, confirmed by the careful management of the room by the staff, courteous and never intrusive. sin, however, that such a rewarding aspect is then disappointed by the ordinary sumptuous food. the fettuccina to the duck rather unsapori and for nothing to the tooth was definitely not a beginning of ivory. the continuation (necessary to deer with yogurt) was in tune with the beginning: hard meat, without that characteristic tanfo of wild and therefore devoid of aromas. excellent dessert. we come to the account: first, second, fresh water and half liter of wine 44 euro per person. it would not have been much if the kitchen was excelled: but it was not our case. sin."

We just experienced an extraordinary Chateaubriand cooked perfectly, presented wonderfully and with generous garnishing of vegetables. The atmosphere is magical in this small castle. The staff are cordial and full of attention. We plan to return, soon.

Took a day trip with friends and I have never been here before. Heard a lot of great things about this place. Got the gargonzola risotto and a crusted pork with veggies. It was to die for and the service was great. The chef came to the table and we gave our complaints to him. He created an amazing desert for us as well. This restaurant needs to be #1 and don't see why it's not. There were different rooms with about 5 or so tables with a warm fireplace. So nice!!

I came back with great enthusiasm to eat in this restaurant after a while but I was disappointed. always beautiful location, great service, very kind staff. but as for the food, I found it not in line with the memory I had. truffle risotto didn't know about truffles. as well as for cacio and pepper with truffle....the selection of cheeses, on many cheeses presented only one was more particular. Good pig. I hope to come back soon and find the pleasure of eating well as before. View menu

the restaurant is combined with the beautiful hotel the towers occupies three rooms on the ground floor of the hotel, one with the fireplace on, one larger with a beautiful attic, and a third smaller. beautiful tablecloths and napkins, nice glasses for wine. wide card with game, ducks, chateaubriand, cut, etc. so many dishes with truffle, although it is easy to be a little disappointed by these tubers that are not always up to the height of hopes. nice choice of wines from Abruzzo, but very limited for wines outside the region. a restaurant of this quality deserves a wider list.

I am sorry but I can not give more than 3 stars, we are not, service to be reviewed, 30 minutes between one course and another is excessive, not to mention the fact that they brought me the first and the second together that then brought it back and reported probably heated since the meat had to be medium cooking but of course having put it on the plate it continued cooking and hardened the deer meat. Pappardelle with the boar good deer carpaccio good but truffle not perceived " flavored and odorless" , good the carpaccio of angus and to finish the dessert they had finished so not received. Improve the organization and help chefs because I think he worked alone.

Giusti i prezzi praticati.
