We came to dinner waiting for a concert at the castle and were surprised. In three we brought two tonnarelli to the gricia, a tuna calf and a leap to the Roman. Authentic Roman cuisine (but also with the classic Piedmont), simple dishes, tasty and cured in full respect of tradition. A highly recommended Romanity injection.
