"to celebrate a very important anniversary this year, my wife, my daughter and I decided to choose the star restaurant of villa grey. and I must say that the choice could not be better. in summer and when the weather allows you to dine in the garden park of the hotel. is a very elegant location consisting of tents and umbrellas well spaced between them and which have as frame beautiful plants and furnishings very well cared for. in a few words an elegant oasis where you can breathe a very refined atmosphere. the staff of the room is well directed by the master of the room with experience and savoir faire (he has previously worked to the small prince of the road) the kitchen brigade is led by roberto monopolies (also coming from the local street above) a young chef but with a happy and inspired hand, estro and sensibility. excellent raw materials. to fully understand the culinary philosophy of the chef we took the “Alta Marea” degotation menu consisting of eight courses, in addition to the nice and good entrée, all chosen exclusively from the kitchen. on all the marinated mackerel with red radicchio sauce and Tuscan panzanella, the soup of scampi, fruit and vegetables in carpione and almond milk, the cappelletti filled with carbonara with cacio sauce and pepper (sublimi,) the tagliani ai ricci di mare and summer truffle (unforgettable) and an excellent trancio of rombo, divinely cooked, with marinade cream very interesting the wine card that together with the menu is scanned from your smartphone or tablet to avoid direct contacts. on advice of the affable and competent sommelier we chose a grey Pinot ramato reserve of specogna that well behaved on here all the courses. beautiful experience worthy of an important event. thanks to all the staff both of kitchen and room."

a wonderful week spent in the villa gray. very nice and stylish hotel, very attentive and friendly staff. dream bagnio with own tent and lie. super restaurant in bagnio, great eating . and forte dei marni as place is always worth a trip anyway.

I had the opportunity to dine at the villa grey restaurant, an excellent restaurant in everything from the reception to get to dinner. maximum attention to detail and staff very helpful and very professional. a restaurant that I really recommend if you pass from a fort of the marbles.

The dinner at the restaurant gray villa is not a simple dinner, it is a wonderful journey of refined and delicious flavors, a coconut for the palate. the food of excellent quality, the courses seem works of art accompanied by the best wines. clean, elegant and prestigious environment, the service prepared and very friendly, impeccable! recommended!

Great! The villa grey hotel is a beautiful property, with an optimal location on the seafront. great cleaning of the rooms and excellent services. In addition to this, the quality of the restaurant “Il Parco” of villa grey is really fantastic! dishes of great creativity with super raw materials, masterfully served by a great staff of room directed by the very good fairy of saints! wonderful experience!

I’ll parko was our favorite restaurant in the area .we’ve been there 5 times in past 5 years.the menu changed but always good food and accurate portions Size.the chef left and the new chef changed everything.the portions are small-too small-and nothing to write home about.they have menu of 5 portions for 146 euro. Only 4 dishes of each category to choose from. We were 5 persons so we took all 4 of them. We ended eating bread and butter… and they charged us Alla cart. Not 4 menu as they should have-25-30% more. The Michelin star wont last much longer like this.at least the desert chef hasn’t changed so it was lovely as it use to be. Wake up ! We paid 950 euros and this time it was disappointm...
