Great restaurant in the center of Grottaferrata. Small, cosy. Not very vast menu, index of cooked and unheated dishes. Attention to the products of the territory, friendly staff, quick service. We'll be back.

I've been to this place for lunch. I got a cold meat appetizer and a carbonara tartare. Then first fettuccina with ragù and my partner a carbonara. My judgment is negative and no flavor hit me. The place is neglected, with webs and untreated plants. The service is fast.

The place is very nice but especially the kitchen is very good genuine. The chef is very close to the customer, he cares that everything is welcome and puts all his passion on it. excellent, selected and local ingredients. Local in the very nice historic center and attention to detail. Excellent raw materials and good value for money. The manager is very prepared and explains the menu in detail, welcomes and closes the service equally well. I only allow myself a small suggestion: an extra smile does not spoil. I had high expectations seen good reviews and unfortunately I was disappointed. The place is not cozy, many things stacked on sight create dusty snug effect. Even the air was spoiled and certainly not perfumed. The 65° carbonara knew too much about eggs and claimed pecorino. The cheek and ribs both tasteless. The price-quality ratio too low.

The experience at the Ristoran...Tino. For Scottona's appetizer with carbonara and beef carpaccio both excellent. Very good also the green tortino and buffalo bucconcino. Well also the first ones with gray and carbonara to lick the mustache and excellent pappardelle to the white ragù.
