"This is a lovely little restaurant. We sat in the little garden at the back, since it was such a warm evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very cheerful. The food was excellent. My children ordered pizzas, which they enjoyed, and there was a good variety of toppings to choose from. My husband and I chose a different style of meal, and they timed it so that we were all served at the same time even though I am sure that the pizzas could have been ready much more quickly. We appreciated this gesture, as we have been in other restaurants where you sit and wait while one person eats either that, or one person watches their food go cold! None of that here, of course. The food itself was delicious and very reasonably priced. The wine was good this is Italy and the general region of Chianti, after all! All in all, a good meal. I will certainly visit again next year when we go back to Italy."

We ate here on our 25 th anniversary and it was a very special evening, four unhurried courses of the most delicious food and wines in a very pleasant setting. The staff were very friendly and it was a pleasure chatting to the young chef owner Lorenzo. Good luck with your continuing ventures...x

Great food and very polite staff, we were seated without having a reservation even in the madness of August. The back yard is lovely and the food delicious. We ordered one starter, a pizza and one ravioli to share between two people. Together with the wine, two desserts and tip we paid 27 euros per person. After exploring the area, I would recommend visiting this place and enjoying their great local cuisine rather than staying in the overcrowded Poppi.
